This is the first time I’ve bought food here.
I understand that you are having issues with the tariffs bullshit and the rising costs in general of your ingredients, and you’re trying to get by… I get that. But food poisoning can kill people, and you need to figure out what to do about it.
To be honest, try to get a different income source because, if I weren’t someone who has frequented Chinese restaurants, I would be hesitant to ever eat in a Chinese restaurant again.

This food was cooked in a microwave and at no point during its preparation did it touch any hot cooking surface, I’d bet my dog on that. They also forgot something in my order. Read moreOrdered 2 dishes for lunch; General Tsoa' (A2) and a Schezuan chicken extra hot and spicy. The General Tsoa had larger pieces of both light and dark meat. Heavily breaded like most Chinese restaurants. On the bland side. No spice. No zing. No heat. Not bad. Just not what I was expecting. Broccoli was perfectly cooked.
Schezuan chicken had larger pieces of white breast meat. I ordered it extra hot and spicy. Like the General Tsoa's it too was very bland. Mixed vegetables in it were cooked perfectly.
Not sure what you need to say to get hot and spicy 🔥 dishes here? Price was reasonable but I wouldn't make this my first choice for lunch on...
