Arby's — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

The best thing about Arby's is that it's hard for anyone there to screw up the food. The food always tastes good. It's the service that's inconsistent.

My latest experience was disappointing. I'm not going to focus on the long wait. That's likely a combination of new menu items, long orders (the person ahead of me was literally reading off coupons and received at least four large bags of food), and a shrinking staff. The problem was the service itself. A rule should be that if you ask about a sauce for specific items, those sauces better come with the food. They did not. If an order includes classic roast beef sandwiches and/or fries, they should ask if you want sauce -- and then give it. If the order is to go, napkins should be included or at the very least asked about. If a to go order has at least 3 drinks, include a carrier or at the very least ask. Don't just stuff the food in the bag and shoo customers off. Provide service.

I will say that the order was at least accurate. Save for our order subbing out fries for jalapeno bites with our hushpuppy fish and the fries still being in the container (meaning extra fries), the order...

go here if you want overpriced McDonald's with year round coupons to make their prices seem like you're getting a deal. Also the last time my coworkers and I went inside to order it took 10 minutes for sauce and loud verbal disputes behind the counter made me feel bad for the employees. I think the management must be new because it was chaotic for how empty it was, and there shouldn't be shouting like that at employees. How can someone learn in that environment. Even if you could rate 0 stars, I'd still give it one. I got what I ordered, and I knew what I was getting before I went. Just don't expect good food or service and you won't be too disappointed hopefully.

Edit Took the 2nd star off because the owner is trying to show responsibility or effort by asking about the incident through review reponses instead of having a decent hiring and training process that allows for a growth oriented environment, or even just a place that people are remotely comfortable or happy working at. I've worked speedway third shifts alone, food service, labor, and I'd have been happier anywhere than in the middle of the sh**storm that is this...

There's no doubt that Arby's ever since I've been a little kid my mother would take us there and makes you feel so special because of the memories I have but not only that usually even if they're really busy these people have got a smile on their face 😈 and there was one new service worker bouncing around with childlike wonder and enthusiasm and she was very riz and she told me hey when I complimented her on her positive attitude she said in life is too ugly to be negative and that is a very cool Perla power so I thank them for sharing their positivity and the gift of their customer service and their hard work when things get really sweaty there they know how to hey it's just a little work nothing to be worried about they go with the flow they let it go they're just humans and they have fun that's why I want to come to this Arby's you'll see if you give it a try we love Arby's thank You for Your atmosphere your service your and using Arby's off the number one that's why you named it after you hahaha Arby's pride...
