Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

I've gone to this location twice and I will not be going back. Both times I went I ordered off their app and picked up at their "Chipotlane" around lunch time. Both times, when being the only person in line, I had to wait over 10 minutes before someone came to the window. What is the point of your pick-up window if I could have just walked inside and had a burrito made fresh in half the time? This last time I went my burrito was missing half the ingredients I ordered. I ordered a carnitas burrito with rice, beans, guac, queso, cheese, sour cream, and salsa. When I got home I open the bag to find a half-sized burrito.(as I bit into it you could literally see where they had folded the tortilla in half) It only had rice, beans, and guac in it. That's it. No sign of the carnitas or queso that I paid for. I didn't have the time or energy to deal with the incorrect order and instead just ate my disappointing lunch. The first time I went there I got a burrito with a Mexican Coke. They had put the Coke bottle on top of the burrito which had not only started to squish it, but the metal cap had torn through the foil wrapper and part of the burrito which left it leaking into the bag. Not to mention that despite the fact I arrived exactly at the time the app specified, my food was stone cold. Don't come here, and certainly don't use the "Chipotlane" unless you're looking to first waste your time and then be disappointed with the decision...

I went to chipotle mobile drive thru lane to get dinner for my family. I ordered 3 chicken bowls and one burrito. I put in the mobile order at 4:50 and get there at 5. There was no one at the window and no one at the mobile bar. An employee comes to the window at 5:05 and asked me the name of my order and I told him. He told me it was going to be 5 min because something was wrong with their system. There were 2 cars behind me. He comes back to the window at 5:10 and says I’m on the bottom of the list and that it was gonna be awhile. Then I asked if I should go inside and he say said yes. I go inside and wait for my order and the workers didn’t even see me waiting for my order and I get my food at 5:30. I thought it was weird when they said something was up with their system even though they received my order.
