Manager Randy C. needs to be fired. I placed an online order and paid online. When I arrived at the restaurant and tell them my name, they pull up the wrong order on the screen. I tell the worker that it's incorrect and she refuses to listen saying they only had one online order. I pull up to window and the receipt I am given is for the wrong order. The order number is 914994 but my digital receipt is for 914995. Again, they refuse to listen. Also the paper receipt says it was paid with a Visa but I paid with a Mastercard. The paper receipt is also missing a cheesy bean rice burrito I had ordered. They then tell me they will have to charge me for that item and the chicken I substituted for beef. I told them I already paid and offer to show them my digital receipt as well as my bank record. They refuse. So I paid for the burrito again. It's made incorrect as is the rest of the order. So I pull around and try to call the store. It rings about 900 times before the manager Randy answers. I explain everything and he tells me I'm wrong. He wouldn't let me speak, was dismissive and finally he just sets the phone down. I'm assuming he left it off the hook because the rest of the evening the line had a busy signal. I go through the line after being hung up on and tell them my food is wrong. They remake some of the food but refuse to give me the 2 orders of chips and cheese I had substituted instead of the cinnamon twists. They said this was because the size of the line and also that I was already given too much free food. Also, I had ordered a triple double crunch wrap box but was given a regular crunch wrap. That was one of the items the remade but again, it was remade as a regular crunch wrap. Randy refused to talk to me on the phone or at the window. All I wanted was the order I paid for and everyone there refused to even look. Randy is a terrible manager and this store is going downhill very fast. If they have a problem doing there job with nobody else taking orders then why are they even there. Worst Taco Bell ever gone too and will take our 70 dollars somewhere else. All the doordash driver did was ask when her order was going to be done because she had been waiting there for 40-plus minutes for a simple quesadilla combo. The supervisor woman proceeded to throw the food at her and when the doordash driver said hey don't throw things at me, the Taco Bell supervisor came out from behind the desk and bodied up to this woman like she was ready to fight her and said you door dashers are driving me insane always, wanting your food on time! Meanwhile, people who walked into the restaurant got their food within 5 minutes of being there... Clearly they were slow rolling delivery orders and prioritizing everything else because this manager has no idea how to do her job. She can claim all she wants that throwing the bag of food at the driver was an accident (it wasn't, I was 2 feet away watching the entire thing go down) but she can't claim stepping to the doordash driver and bodying up to her was somehow an accident...
