This was the worst breakfast experience I have ever had. I should have been smart and looked at the reviews ahead of time. I went in with a group of 4. It took some time to get on the wait list which was understandable due to it being a little busy, but nothing crazy. At least half of the restaurant was still empty. The only good part of the trip was the hardworking host. Once we were sat down, we were greeted by a server who was friendly, however didn’t really seem to know how to operate her tablet. She was also verbal about being busy in which we all completely understood. We ordered two apps and our main meals in which she stated she would get our apps out before the food. After that, we did not get our drinks for at least 15-20 minutes (still completely understanding). Once the server dropped the drinks off, we didn’t see her again until after our food was delivered (which was another 40-50 minutes). When our food (apps and mains all together) got to the table, none of us had any silverware so we had to wait for the server to come to the table. She said she was going to bring us some and never did so we ended up getting it ourselves at the host stand. The food was not worth the wait by any means. To start, the food was lukewarm at best. The eggs were covered in grease, the hash browns were barely cooked in the middle, and I ended up finding a beard hair in the hash browns. Two of the other people I was with ordered chicken and waffles where the butter didn’t even melt and the chicken was way overcooked. I understood that the server was clearly busy but at this point it didn’t seem like we were getting any service at all. When the server finally came to the table, we told her we were ready for our checks which still ended up taking another 15-20 minutes to get. Overall, it was completely disappointing and took far longer than it needed to. If you’re considering giving this place a chance, please just save your money cause it seems like others are having the...
Read moreI had a rough doctor's appointment and my mom took me out to ihop. Cho the server is wonderful and you don't really have to ask for anything. She already knows, napkins and all. Super nice in ,definitely worth asking for when you come in.
Ihop your bacon game needs work Flimsy bacon for the price $5 for whimpy bacon? Which makes this taste extra greasy, instead of more like bacon. It's a breakfast minded You should have the best bacon, just saying I have family members that will pick restaurants based on their bacon lol I'm sure I'm not the only one. The Tres Leches pancakes are my favorite and Super super delicious! The sauces on those I'd buy at the store. I do wish you had like mini breakfast combos at price points. Like 2 theme pancakes, 2 pieces of choice meat, coffee at $. I do wanna say is why do you have old kramer on your menu and you do not carry it?? The the server explained that you guys do not move it fast enough. I understand that but We probably don't know you have it. Most people don't even look at the beverage section, they'll ask the server I was one for a long time. That being said , you should advertise that you have old creamer way more than the fine print s of the beverage section. I feel like this a missed opportunity. Restaurants are way behind. The US food allergies are on the rise. Lactose intolerance, dairy allergies And most corporate breakfast don't carry dairy free options like oat creamer. So advertised your oat creamer as a hook. Everybody. Knows you guys have pancakes and they're great. I don't think any of us knew that you had oat creamer. This may seem like a dumb thing to mention but 81% of people order coffee with breakfast If you can't have your Creamer with your coffee, Are you gonna order it? Probably not If you go out to breakfast and you know a restaurant carries dairy free creamer, Will you go there instead of somewhere that doesn't? I'm just saying missed opportunity and get your oat...
Read moreI'm not sure what is going on with this location, but it is weird! We have gone in and had terrible service but good food OR good service and awful food. Thankfully there hasn't been a time both were bad, but there also hasn't been a time where both were good. The wait here can vary between zero time and a half hour, but when you're seated, you will wait more. When we stopped in a few days ago, we waited a short amount of time for our drink order to be placed and brought, but food took forever. The kids were getting mad and my husband noticed 4 tables sat before us, left before us. When the waitress we had took another tables order, she turned and asked us how we were doing, the dumbfounded look on her face said it all- she forgot to put our order in. It was NOT busy at the time, I wouldn't even say it was steady. If this was the first time a situation like that happened, I wouldn't bother reviewing, but this place has issues. My family takes breaks from this place because we keep hoping it will get better- over the last 8 years, sometimes a few months to a year off we will not go in and go to another place for breakfast, there are many good places close by, but each time we do re-try, it's never what it should be. I can say the guy doing the seating was working his butt off. He was seating people, busing tables and doing register fairly often. Our waitress was friendly, but clearly over her head. The other thing I noticed is the music was on far louder than needed, I realize that this restaurant is by campus, but it is not a bar... also, the type of music playing was NOT...
