Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

I went in for my first and last visit at lunch today. I ordered a veggie jetsie. I specifically asked for no cheese, butter or oil to be on it at all! I am vegan and have no gallbladder so eating even small amounts of oil can make me quite ill. As he was putting in my order I again asked the cashier to make sure there was no oil or butter at all on it and he said he would make sure. About 10 minutes later my order was ready. I opened the box and the jetsie was coated in oil. They informed me that "the pans are all greasy and there was nothing they could do about that." They asked if they could "remake it for me" and I asked "what good would that do if you're going to put them in the same pans?" At that point I just asked for a refund since I couldn't eat any of their food since it would all be covered in grease. They told me "we don't give refunds." I asked "why?" They said "they just don't." I then stated that "no where in their establishment does it say no refunds." He then called the manager who again said no refunds. I most genuinely would not ever recommend this place to any of my friends or relatives and I would tell them to go to little ceasars before jets! Super bad customer service! Not going back to Jets, got a medium salad and a medium hand tossed pie. Asked to pick it up at 5:00 (yes, I know it's Super Bowl, but) I was told they couldn't set a pick up time, why? Too busy? I picked up my pizza 25 minutes after I placed order. No customer in parking lot, or in store for pick up. When i carried box or to car, i knew i!!! COLD. Crust was awful, very hard. I think a frozen pizza would have been a better choice!! When home, 10 minutes away, we tried microwaving our slices--tasteless and dry. How is a pizza dry? Shouldn't it ooze with sauce and cheese?
