MOMO Tea — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

We don’t come here often, and today is a reminder as to why don’t need to go out of our way to get boba tea when there’s now a boba spot on every corner on campus. When we arrived, the only gentleman working seemed rushed and frazzled. He told us to just call him when we’re ready because he’ll be in the back. When discussing the menu, he told us, “I’m probably not gonna do macchiato tonight”. Um, okay? He disappears then re-emerges. Then he told us he WOULDN’T do another thing on the menu because it would take him 5min and he’s suppose to close in 3min. We were given only a portion of the menu because he apparently gets to choose what he’s willing to do for a paying customer based on discretion. I feel bad for the business owner, how often you don’t know he’s turning away business based on his mood....

Great great Milk tea, Worst customer service EVER!!! This is my very first time giving a 1 star review on google. The guy on the register is just so rude and ignorant. Don't ask why, go there and you will find out. Again, great great milk tea, worst customer service and bad attitude. Be careful when you talk to him, every time I go there, even I was really nice and polite. he is mad af. And he ignores me and my friends ever time. I have no idea why he acts like that.

*Update After a year, I went here again. That guy was gone. Milk tea is still great! Service is also improved! Great place to get...

Got a very bad experience with this place. I ordered a drink before 2 other person. Just 1, while the other have 2 and another one had 5. They came in after but got their drinks first and none of the employee actually cared about my order.

Run by Chinese serve for Chinese only.

So i guess if you are not chinese, they would serve you last and you will not receive full benefits.

This is the 21st Century so please stop carrying out race distinguishing behaviors.

Really disappointing and they fell right into the trap they set...
