I really like this store and have had great experiences shopping here, but I’m disappointed with their new policy for selling items. When I first started selling, I was able to drop off my clothes and come back later the same day for my offer, which was super convenient. Now, the only options are to either stand and wait in the store (sometimes for an hour or two) to review and accept the offer, or to leave and automatically accept whatever amount they decide on, with my items immediately going to the sales floor.

I have a lot of high-end pieces (Lululemon, Abercrombie & Fitch, and other designer brands and some brand new items with the tag), so I’m not comfortable automatically accepting an offer without reviewing it. Not worth it - resale your items on marketplace or craigslist. They offer bad prices even if you bring brand new items. I was offered to leave my items for appraisal to save time because it would take 3-4 hours to evaluate them. Not worth selling items too they will keep your items for a day or two then u can’t decline there offer once they finish going through them and they put ur stuff on shelf’s before paying u or anything and give u a couple dollars for items that are worth 100 + dollars resell your stuff on facebook so u don’t get scammed out of money...
