The sandwich was not seasoned and very little cheese. I called and the manager and she said sorry cant help you, you should of brought it back and had us remake it. That is hard when you order at 7:30 and they close at 8:00. I don't expect anything free but I do expect a little courtesy as a paying customer, and get the same quality as I received before. Even a discount for the next visit would of been the right thing to do. But I guess the have plenty of customers and don't need me to buy from them. Very disappointing, I guess I will look for a new place to get my sandwiches.

Reply to the owner ------ I had to eat your FLAVORLESS sandwich because you were closed once I got home and tasted it. So of course you couldn't see it, did you expect me to not eat dinner? I had to find my own seasoning and cheese and put it on the sandwich, so I could have dinner. Also, It was not 2 days later. I work at a pizza place 2 days a week, and if someone calls and says anything bad about their experience, we take care of them, because we want them to come back and give us another chance. We don't nickle and dime our customer and have stupid policies. Food has the largest profit margins and if you are doing good as a business you can afford to take care of your mistakes. So I am not alone about my issue. After reading your reviews, you have many problems with FLAVORLESS sandwiches and not taking care of your mistakes, so that says how you must be doing...

We were excited to try a new place but , we were highly disappointed! We were told when we ordered that we got there just in time . They had just made fresh bread . We ordered , the area where the soda fountain was was filthy , out of syrup for one or more sodas, out of lids , etc . We mentioned it to the cashier and there was no offer of fixing the issues . His response was sorry we have been busy . We sat down and waited 30 minutes before a employee came out and told us they were out of bread . When I said the cashier said they had fresh bread , her response was that’s out emergency bread. Yet , while we were waiting we watched several sandwiches go out for to go orders . When I asked for a refund a couple of the younger employees were very mouthy and eventually called the general manager. He explained it was already refunded to my card . I wanted a receipt and that was a fight . I explained to him the restaurant was filthy , as I stood at the counter I watched cross contamination , watched the employees touch a phone and then food with out washing their hands , one ran her hand inside the garbage can then touched food . I could go on and on . Finally, when I was informing him he said he is new to the store and he is working with his employees and the health department to get thing’s corrected. He offered to have me come in for a meal replacement another day but watching how they handle food I wouldn’t...

I was extremely disappointed last night when getting a large sandwich and a French dip with two large fries. I do have to note that we go often about twice a month so I know what the regular content is. First of all it took over 15 minutes sitting at the window to get our order after we paid close to $40 for the 4 items. Then after we got home I discovered why it took so long to get our order especially for the French dip. It looked like they ran out of au jus and proceeded to make their own by putting the meat from the French dip into Luke warm water and try to think that I wouldn't see or notice that my dipping juice was light tea colored Luke warm slightly meat flavored water and that French dip sandwich itself was flavorless watery beef with no cheese. If they would have told me they didn't have it I would have gotten a different sandwich rather than the horrible one I got. Also the fries were cold and over cooked at the same time. I tried calling after I got home to let the manager know but then I found out that they weren't in on a Friday night (hence the horrible sandwich as they struggled to figure out that au jus isn't tea colored Luke warm water) our other sandwich the large club was great and thankfully my hubs shared with me since we didn't want to eat cold fries and a really bad French dip. Really sad with what we got😢...
