Burger King — Restaurant in Meridian

I usually do not get upset about little things but this location of Burger King has to have the owner step in. We live down the street and enjoyed when it opened but we have not been back. We are the least prejudiced people ever..we love everyone. The person taking our order could not speak English well..this made it difficult to place our order. Went over several times what we wanted..got home and unfortunately yet again it was wrong. We understand everyone needs a job but she got very upset when we kept saying we can't understand you very kindly. We will not go back to that location. We will go a little further to the one on fairview. Again it was because of her attitude that we will not return. The extra gas will be well...

A shout out to the young woman working at the drive-thru window about 3:30 or so this afternoon (September 13) at the Merian Burger King next to Costco! I ordered an Impossible Whopper, and she asked me to park around the front because it would take a few minutes to prepare that for me. That was no problem, and I waited for a few minutes out there—perhaps a little longer than usual but not long—but when the young woman brought out my order, she apologized for the delay and said she had added in some nuggets and cookies. How thoughtful is that!! That might be considered a small thing, but sometimes small things mean a lot and deserve a 5-star review!! Thank you Burger King server for being so thoughtful! If I could give 0 star rating I would! They messed up on my chicken sand order AND IT WAS COLD! So I asked them to please redo it so it. I waited 30 mins! The person I was with finished their food and we watched others get orders taken and served. Even sat and did the survey on the app. After 30 mins I was over it I wanted to go home. So I asked for my money back, the cashier wasn't able to give me my money back. I left my name and number for the manager and never got a call back! So I'm out monet for that meal and The way I was treated when I asked for my money back, I was the inconvenience. I'll never go there again and I'll definitely let everyone I know to not go to that...
