Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Meridian

I don’t typically leave reviews, even if they’re bad ones. But today I left this dutch with a whole new perspective on dutch. This dutch has two lanes that merge into one. When I got there, there was a car full of high schoolers at the front of the first lane and a second car behind them. I pulled into the second lane. The worker taking their order took awhile ( I think she knew them. ) I waited for a minute or two and didn’t feel like being stuck behind that car full of high schoolers. There’s nothing telling me that I have to wait at the end of the lanes and wait on the other car so I pulled up to the window. The girl that was taking their order came up to my car and said “so I was taking their order” to which I replied with “yeah I know” then she says “so i’m going to go finish taking their order” i told her that’s fine. When she walked away I’m pretty sure she rolled her eyes. The whole time she had a major attitude. I forgot to mention that when I pulled up to the window there were two cars at the window. I got up to the window and that girl was still at that car talking with them. The guy at the window took my order and I asked for her name. I believe he said that her name was Lauren. He asked what happened and at this same time the car that was behind the car full of high schoolers speeds out of the drive thru bc her order STILL HADN'T BEEN TAKEN. I told him what happened and he said he would take care of it. I just don’t understand why she had to come up to my car and say that to me!? The guy was very nice and kind of made up for it. The girls who worked 12/30 at 7:30am were literal angels! I appreciate them so much for how accommodating they were when I broke down in the drive thru. They were the first person to ask what they could do to help and told me to not worry that they’d work around my car. They constantly came to check on me and my kids to see if everything was okay. Towards the end of my breakdown they offered me a pick me up drink to use for a future visit. That made my entire day because I knew it was going to be a multiple coffee day.
