Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Meridian

Customer service is great, nice ladies working there. My issue is with the products. Chocolate itself is delicious. I had the potato chips overed in chocolate. I noticed they have a weird oily flavor and then notice on the ingredients that the chips were fried in cottonseed oil. The taste is terrible because of the oil. I recommend using better quality chips if you are willing to make such a product. I have had chocolate covered potato chips from Japan and they nailed it, please make this product edible.

Also, I had the Dubai chcolate bar. The kataifi was soggy when I consumed the bar, maybe it needs to be fried longer.

I love this place so much. I don’t really stray from what I get so I’ll have to try other things they offer, but I can say it’s worth the price (and I’m super picky about what I spend depending on quantity, quality, and if it’ll bring me back). The cheesecake could use a little more flavor but I still thoroughly enjoy it! This thing is HUGE, like so big you have to split it or save some for later. The entire piece has about 1/4” chocolate coating all around combined with a heaping amount of toppings! i had got the dubai strawberries and i typically just get them whenever i visit las vegas or cali and i thought i would try them here and the chocolate hardened very quick i can’t be that upset since the chocolate here is delicious im not sure if maybe it was just me but i’m always happy to give an honest review and give a suggestion but i did notice a lot of places i’ve been to use a machine that keeps the chocolate warm and runny so they don’t harden but other then that fighting with the cup to get them out wasn’t such a huge deal they were still yummy!
