I love your food. It is so common for your restaurant to make mistakes my husband refuses to go. Every time I go (at least once a week) I have to go from the drive through, right into the parking lot to go in and have my order corrected. Today, I ordered a very simple order, one double mushroom burger, large, one single mushroom burger, medium, and one butter burger, no cheese, with the works. I got the double mushroom burger, but the order was small. The butter burger came out as a cheeseburger deluxe. And my single mushroom burger did not have mushrooms. As this is the normal, I pulled around and went in. Second time around they got double correct, the butter burger correct, but my single mushroom burger had no mushrooms. I go back in and ask for a cup of mushrooms. They refused. I'm frustrated at this point as it's been over 30 minutes. The gentleman next to me is asking for a full refund because he waited 45 minutes for one burger that came to him ice cold. He told me that he will never be back, just like my husband. The people behind him had been waiting longer than either of us, all they wanted was ranch that was left out of their order. As I watched, I hear the people at the front counter asking why no fries had been started as people had been waiting and now their burgers were cold. The kitchen was actually arguing back....Long story short, every single interaction I witnessed was surrounded by complete incompetence. Not a one off. When I expect to get my order wrong every time I go it really makes me question my own sanity as to why I go back. But I really like your burgers. How can this terrible accuracy be allowed to continue for over two years? You are losing clients like water through a sieve. And it appears that no one cares because the service continues to get worse and worse. Please send someone competent to train your staff. In and out opens soon, so I'll be waiving goodbye to your restaurant for good. It's not just me, but everyone one I talk to. And everyone I spoke with while waiting. Do you care? Or will you be blowing this off like your staff blows off accountability? Your Meridian location has significant issues that need to be addressed. You lost over 7 customers in my half an hour standing there waiting for a piece of meat, cheese and a scoop of mushrooms. Not my problem, but it is...
Read moreEdit I find it disappointing that there seems to be this automated response of having to contact a corporate email address to address a concern and that the manager or owner of this restaurant doesn’t actually respond personally. It would go a long way to restoring faith that he/she cares. Fix the issues because me complaining to that email address will do nothing in the long run. I think it’s pretty obvious based on my review and others what you need to do. If it wasn’t for the older crowd, this business would fail because nobody has the time or patience for it.
I feel like many years ago when the restaurant first came to Boise, it was so good and I’ve eaten at Culver’s in many locations throughout the United States. Today, the restaurant and the atmosphere is completely off. The last several times that I have gone, and I do not go that often anymore, It was very dirty on the tables and the floors. It gives the impression that the management does not care about the condition of the restaurant. I have even gone when the restaurant has first opened, and it was quite obvious that the tables had not been cleaned, and the floors had not been mopped. I would be very ashamed to have my name and face on the restaurant and it is even more ironic to have awards listed for people to see. In terms of the quality of the food, it is usually wrong or very Minuscule amounts of pickles or other toppings and food that should be piping hot when it takes 30 minutes is often cold or completely missing when it is delivered to me At the table. I don’t know what it’s going to take to fix this restaurant, but it starts with the management and it really needs to be fixed. It is very surprising to me that there is even enough business that wants to come back when the situation is that inconsistent. To end on a positive note, I know that Culver’s in Meridian is capable of making very good food as the overall consensus of Culver’s as a restaurant is that the company prides itself in quality Ingredients, quality, service, and made fresh to order every time. Please restore the quality at this location because it is the only Culver’s that we...
Read moreFool me once shame on you. Fool me twice? Well, y’all know the saying…Culver’s in meridian Idaho is by far the absolute WORST burger spot in town. I went with high hopes when they opened 2 years ago. I kept going back for one item on their menu…pretzel bites. Now to me…pretzel bites aren’t hard to get right…maybe I don’t know enough about the process of putting pretzels in a fryer with oil, but it never fails…they screw up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been. For 2 years. Even when I’m just ordering for myself and not my family, so not a huge order, they get it wrong. From the reviews I’ve seen, Culver’s is run by management who cares more about the bottom line and hiring a bunch of kids who don’t work to run the business in their absence. I’ve given this place MORE than a fair chance. So…for the first time in about 6 months, I went over for pretzel bites today. Thinking, they MUST have fixed all the issues. But nope…shame on me. Always have to take my food to my vehicle and check it before ever leaving because 95% of the time it’s not even what I’ve ordered. Today, the plastic cheese container that holds the scalding hot Wisconsin cheddar that goes with the pretzel bites, that had been sitting in the ”hot window” for the entirety of my order was melted inward on itself. It took 15 minutes for pretzel bites, a piece of cod and a milkshake. I paid almost $15.00. If the container of cheese was melted it means the pretzel bites were rock hard and completely inedible. Over the last 2 years I have tried to get something to change with the inconsistencies at this Culver’s location in meridian to no avail. Even talking directly to the same GM several times. The only thing they ever do to “make it right” is give me money back to spend at Culver’s. So today, is my last visit to Culver’s. I will literally never come back. In and out burgers,...
