Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Meridian

I'm sitting in line at Pizza Hut as I'm writing this review. We ordered this via phone and said it was going to be ready 15-20mins. We arrived after 30mins thinking it would be more than enough time to have our order ready, but instead we get there they said our pizza was still in the oven. So we were told to pull around by this young lady and I'm not even sure what "around" they mean. Anyways, so we waited about 10 more minutes, then waited in line for 10 more minutes THEN GOT TO THE WINDOW and still waited another 10mins. Currently, now we are waiting "for the pizza to get cut" which I'm assuming is going to take another 10 minutes.

I don't know what you guys hiring process is, but I'm tired of their staffing choices. They're not customer friendly and they don't seem to know how to be a cashier. They barely tell you anything. Can hardly speak. And they're rude and disrespectful with abrupt short responses. 😒 WE STILL DON'T HAVE...

This is the worse Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. I place an online order on March 23, 2021@ 3:27pm. Estimated delivery time was for 4:25pm, so I called the store about 4:40pm because I have not received my order and a rude unprofessional human being answered the phone tell me the driver was on the way, so I said ok thank you. About 45 more minutes called back to the store because pizza still haven’t arrived she put me on hold said the manager told her to give me a refund but they will still deliver the pizza. I never received an email saying it was refunded and still a hour later no pizza has been delivered call back the other cashier said I made this order when I got here at 3:30 it should’ve been delivered, well it’s 6:30 and still have no pizza. They really need to shut this Pizza Hut down horrible service. I will never order...

Ordered my kids 1 of the heart shaped pizzas on Valentines Day and they got such a kick out of it asked if the could get another one the day after. I ordered the pizza received a message 45 mins later that it was out for delivery. After another 45 mins of waiting I called to see what was up and the young lady assured me that it was on the way that the DM was personally bringing it due to issues with drivers... Another 30 mins went by still no pizza. At this point I'm livid because my kids were getting upset and falling asleep. Over 3 hours went by So I began to call again and multiple times NO ANSWER... Pizza Hut on Frontage rd in Meridian closed for the night without delivering my babies food nor a care in the world if that was their only means of eating that night or...
