Game X Change — Local services in Meridian

I rarely write reviews, but I have to be honest, the weekend employees are just lazy .. Everytime I have visited that store, none of the staff acknowledges my or other customer presence.. I went in last week and they were not helpful at all, focused on playing card games with each other and bumping their anime soundtracks... They told me to call the store another day to check and see if they have received a specific game... so today, a week later, I called to ask them if they have a game in stock and they claim "we don't know" I replied "You don't know? Could you look to see if it is in stock?" the associate replied with "we don't have a way to look it up to see if we have it" 🤔

So how do you keep up with inventory? Let alone how do you locate a game that is advertised on the shelves? 🤨

This place scams people. Sells broken consoles and games. Never come here. Gamestop is right across the street and still can give you your money's worth. *EDIT No, you don't offer true refunds: you give people 'credits' to grab another item so YOU don't take a financial hit. Also heard from employee that manager laughed off this review. They think it's cute that someone had an issue with the business they manage. Between the nasty manager and their crude employees, this is the bottom of the barrel. I've been to far better Game Exchanges all over the country. Can't wait until this company inevitably shuts down like the other businesses...

Updated review. Always helpful. Me and my husband enjoy coming here. We come every Two months because we live kinda far. Large selection. Very cleaned and neat. Love the Dragon Ball selections. Pokemon too. I am a collector and gamer. Really like all the posters they have. This last time I came in. The manager was very helpful. Recommended some things.
