Cook Out — Restaurant in Meridian

So I'm disappointed at this location with ever trip. Every time at least 1 plate is wrong. We usually stop here because it is the only thing open after my fiancee gets off work. Tonight was no different. I ordered 3 shakes with the 3 trays. I repeated several times that I wanted 2 mint chip shake and 1 strawberry cheesecake. Well we only got 1 mint shake and the cheesecake, that's all she rang. Now to the food.. I ordered sm. Burger tray with hushpuppies and onion rings. The hush puppies are burned to the point of not being edible and I got 2 ½ onion rings. Yep that's correct 2½onion rings. They also burned a hole in the styrofoam container so the food tastes like burnt styrofoam. The slaw in my mom's tray were ½ full at best,lucky I had ordered her 2 containers. My burger was pathetic to say the least. There was far more bun then anything. It was so thin and tiny that it was burnt. I refused to go back around in line as there was at least 6 cars behind me. Went by after work Friday night. My fiance had never been. We placed our order and were told 2 of the items couldn't be made because they didnt have enough tortillas for the wraps. We got to the window paid and got our food. The girl forgot one of our milkshakes, was somewhat rude when I mentioned we had another one and then part of our order was missing. She called a manager over he said the missing item wasn't rang up so we didn't pay for it. Okay not that big of a deal. I said I'd still like item he told me I had to go back through the drive thru. As I was waiting to reorder the car ahead ordered wraps, wasn't told they couldn't make them and got their wraps even though I was told I couldn't get mine. Got to the window again, paid again and the guy basically ignored me when I asked for sauce. Didn't get the sauce I asked for. The food wasn't good nor was most of it even remotely warm. RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!!!!! We’re from Biloxi, Mississippi (the coast), and we do not have a cookout. However, we rodeo and travel a lot, so we do always go to Cookout when there is one because it’s one of our favorite places to eat and get a milkshake from! I’m with my mother, and she was being as nice as possible when ordering at 2:30pm on 5/22/2023. The ghetto person taking our order apparently needs hearing aids and a new attitude. After repeating our very SIMPLE order 10 times NICELY, the lady taking the order preceded to get very rude. “Well if you would’ve said that bla bla bla….” We DID say that at the beginning of the order, in a nice way as well!!!! NEVER AGAIN will we be back to this Cookout until there are some more professional employees. Beyond disrespectful and rude! We were nothing but nice and using our manners. Clearly it wasn’t reciprocated. We were not going to be rudely yelled at, so we drove off and went to Chik-Fil-A instead, who only took 2 minutes to take our order and give the food.
