So I came here with my friend and her 10 year old sister and as we were ordering there were these boys that were making crude comments behind us and trying to get our attention but we ignored them continued on and got our drinks and as we were sitting down with our drinks waiting for our order one of boys now (the only in the building the others left) came over and continuously harassed us wouldn’t leave us alone for a long time he said many things but the only thing I’m going to write to give an idea of what he was like he was asking for the 10 year olds elementary school among other creepy comments and later on after we just ignored him he left and screamed that we were all ugly the whole time the worker was just watching did nothing said nothing and waited until he left to go to the back to go talk to his coworkers and tell them about it and then the manager a few minutes later comes with our order and scolds the worker he gave us a free ice cream I am writing this complaint because the workers could have done something and stopped the guy but they didn’t stop him from being creepy to me my friend and her sister. Me and the friend are both young aswell teenagers and I’m sad to say this was the little ones first experience with harassment like that and she is terrified and scarred when it could have easily been stopped before he started specifically picking on her after he realized me and my friend weren’t feeding into his behavior by the way I asked for the ice cream it...

The place is always busy due to the location so expect at least a 20 minute wait (even during slow hours), the quality is what you pay for (except for the Big Mac) and so is the service.
The only unique problem I've seen over the past year that isn't prevalent in other McDonald's branches is that the old lady that works at the drive thru cannot hear anything and should not be working in that position. In the most extreme situation, I had to yell "10 piece McNuggets and milk!" 3 times for her to hear me (after already repeating twice) which was both annoying and lowkey embarrassing.
Then again that isn't much of an issue itself, but that combined with the wait time, and the relatively high chance that your order is messed up creates an annoying ordeal that makes it more worth it to drive to the Jack in the box or Burger King down Overland.
Just one final complaint that doesn't really matter, I bought the Happy Meal for the Star Wars toy (which I specifically asked for) and got Snow White. I don't know where the loss in translation was but it will not make a fine addition to...
Read moreI had the worst experience that I have had at any restaurant. Whoever was scheduled for Friday March 15th for the night shift at 9:30 on the grill. I was appalled by their inappropriate language and obscene behavior. They were on their phones when you could clearly see orders on their screne. They were speaking very loudly so you could hear them saying very inappropriate things and swear words. They were whipping eachother with the towels and one individual was saying that he loved murder. The entire time I was there, for a good 30 minutes, that was all he was saying. Over and over. Another employee said he was going to rip someones eyeball out and eat it raw. During that time, there was a family with young children that could hear the entire conversation they had. The manager that was running the floor saw and heard everything that happend and did absolutely nothing about their behavior.
I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone, especially families with children. Expect a call to your corporate store tomorrow,...
