This review is for this Qdoba location. In general we love Qdoba, just didn't have the best experience at this one. We just moved to the area, and this was our first time at this location. Well, it was 8:30 and the open sign in the window was on, but no other outside lights were on. The giant Qdoba sign was off, giving the appearance that it was closed. When we walked in, the front counter server quickly hurried from a table with her friends in the eating area up to the front counter. She was not very pleasant and seemed like she was more eager to rush back to her friends than help us. I say this because a few time she got the order wrong and had to remake it. Each time she seemed a little frustrated. Both my wife and I got the same vibes. Then, after we ordered, she quickly returned back to the table with her friends and remained their until the time we left (about 30 minutes later). Of course, it was a slow night. Probably because no one knew the place was open since the lights were off outside. We'll give the benefit of the doubt and just assume it was an off night for this place and the server. We'll try this place again though because we love Qdoba. Hopefully it will be a better experience, at which time I'll update my review and I hope to give...
Read moreThe gals that work there are so so patient and quite nice. We have never been to Qdoba before and they helped is navigate the menu choices. That's the only redeeming thing there. The food was tasteless. It was so weird. I made the burrito from the items that looked and sounded delicious... and it smells amazing when you walk in... But that's it. Looks good, smells good... But tastes like... NOTHING. I put chicken, black beans, cilantro lime rice, corn, guacamole, pico, cheese... I mean it sounded wonderful... Looked yummy... But zip flavor. It was the weirdest thing. My husband got 3 cheese nachos with chicken and beans, and while he was eating it, he had this quizzical look on his face. He asked me, does yours tastes like anyting? And when I laughed and shook my head he told me that his didn't either. We both laughed! We have been to other TexMex restaurants. The ones that serve you in a little aluminum tin if you know what I mean? And they have so much flavor compared to this. Maybe we have just been spoiled by a good Tex-Mex fast-food. Won't try Qdoba...
Read moreWell I’m putting a 3 star because I love the food but the workers not so much. I was there approximately at 6:30 on January 4th, 2020 at the Overland location. I was very pleased with my treatment by the 2 guys working, but the girl in the purple shirt who seemed to be a lead of some sort, seemed to have some kind of an attitude and was being rude to the 2 guys even though they weren’t doing anything wrong. Whether the 2 guys were new or not, they were doing the best they could while the girl was giving them so much attitude. I asked for rice in my quesadilla, but the rice was cooking and I was willing to wait for. So the guy seemed a little stuck in the situation. The girl told him to go make more, but he said he didn’t know how to, and she rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell the cook to make the rice. Moving on to when I was checking out, the guy at the register was very nice, but when he would ask a simple question to the girl, she would give a sassy remark back. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or something, but that is no way to...
