Update 2/6/24 What a difference a month makes! We went back and went through the drive thru this time and everything was awesome. The girl I. The window was polite and you could hear her clearly. She made a great recommendation for the fried cheese balls and we asked for crispy fries which they 100% accomplished. Our sandwiches were nice and hot, everything was great. It isn't often that you leave fast food saying "Wow, this is really good!" But we did and it was and we were honestly surprised. I have loved their cheese sticks forever, but the whole meal, the French dip, the fries, the roast beef all were perfect. The service was great. Huge difference from a month ago. Thank you also to Nick & Nicole.
Fast food has the expectation of being just that, ordered ahead especially since there is usually a wait...and then we waited some more. Our order was to be ready at 538, at 545 still waiting at 550 we were given our food and half of the order was missing. Went back in asking for the rest of the food it was given to another party. Watched an employee wipe his forehead and run his hands through his hair and then handle an order. Another was making our missing items and we were given them just before 6 PM. No apology, no communication, first half of the order was cold when we got the other half. For 40.00 dollars I would expect my 3 sandwiches and fries to be served fast and hot. New store, but poor service and execution. Feel for the team there with only one person working the front during a...
Read moreIt started off with the elder lady in front of me placing her order(in store) and the manager taking the order totally fumbled this lady order then acted like she did nothing wrong. Her attitude towards the customer was by all means unacceptable. Totally unprofessional for someone in her postion. I couldn't see a name tag let along a manager tag either. With that said no it was my turn to order. Every fiber of my being told me to leave and go to the Mckellips location but my gut was super hungry so I started to order. The app was giving me problems so I asked the qoute unqoute manager for help. And she had the nerve to stop me before i even finished my question and state " yeah if its about the app I don't know anything about that". I'm sure as a manager, your supposed to be well versed in all postions have efficient knowledge on all Arby's operations. Again here comes more attitude from her not being able to help a paying customer. So at that point I just leave. On my way out she yells have a good day sarcastically. I return the gesture and said it would be a nicer day if the customer service was up to par in this establishment. Arby's need to get it together when putting people in a position that knows and uphold the Arby's standard. Time of incident was 4:33pm 10/12/2021 breif description on rude "manager" heavy set caucasian women 30 to 40 years of age working register close to restroom wall. Do better plz...
Read moreThey had no beef lol. Not a joke. And I don't think they really knew when it would be ready. Heard different times given to people in the drive Tru. It took maybe 10mins to get my order cashed out. This was after the guy had to have a lady in the drive thru ring it up. First total was wrong, then the second was twice as much as the first and then finally the correct one. I had to remind the guy about my cup for the meal lol.. the ice machine was broken.. went and told one of the girls.. Nope, just not working for some reason. (But why put up a sign) Pretty sure I waited another 10 to 15 before I got my food. And she handed me one bag. I just heard the guy tell her not a minute before that the bag with the chicken was also for me.... All of the employees were nice enough, the food was good, and the lobby was cleanish. The 1 star is based on the ridiculousness of it. I use to work at Arby's, if you don't have beef it is because your people aren't doing their jobs correctly. If it takes 10 mins to ring up someone, and another 10 to give them their food when you aren't busy...they weren't trained properly or just some...
