Maybe the WORST fast food service Iâve EVER had. My boyfriend and I came here and ordered mozzarella sticks, Buffalo popcorn chicken with ranch and two drinks⌠I spoke clearly into the microphone and the person on the other end was rushing me off with, âis that it?â after every item I said. They came out with it and I gave the girl the money, and she handed me the food and walked away without my change and receipt. I really didnât care cuz it was less than a dollar but my boyfriend thought that was odd. I looked in the bag and it was just regular popcorn chicken and so I decided to pull through the drive-thru and explain their mistake and also that I had no receipt to show, and they told me to pull forward. When I did, a different woman came out to speak with me and said, âyou ordered the number 8 meal⌠you want me to go get Buffalo ones?â In a very condescending manner. Shocked, I replied, âyes, please.â And she grabbed my bag and took it inside, than ran back out the door and asked if it was BBQ or Buffalo. Finally she came out with the right thing and said, ânext time order the Buffalo popcorn chickenâ, which I did to begin with. Iâve never felt so patronized in my whole life.    Read moreThis is absolutely the worst sonic experience I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing more than once. they are BEYOND SLOW, service wise as well as employee aptitude wise. my first visit was only me and one other car and all I ordered was a large slush and it took OVER 10 MINUTES FOR A DRINK and when it finally got to the car it was the wrong size. They refuse to honor coupons from the official sonic app at their own discretion it seems... and if the drive thru lanes are even halfway full just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else if you plan on customizing your sandwich/meal or are buying for picky eaters, i.e. from my own personal experience as well as my roommates and classmates the very second you try to ask for something like extra pickles or no ketchup or no lettuce etc. the kids taking your order will just grunt and groan and sigh into the intercom as if you just told them to move a damn mountain.    Read moreI would give no stars if I could. We pulled up to the drive through last night. A girl spoke over the speaker and and asked us to wait she would be right with us. We waited 20 minutes. We told her weâre ready several times with no answer. I got out of the passenger side(my husband was in the drivers seat) at went up to the window/door. There were about 10ish employees inside just standing around. A girl came out with a head set on. I said we have been waiting at the drive up for 20 mins and some one asked us to wait. She said âno Iâve had the headset on this whole time and I didnât speak to anyone. I didnât know you were thereâ I said well are you going to to help us. She saidâwell it must not be working so just drive around to one of the pull up spots and order from thereâ I said is was working because someone spoke to us. She said well itâs not and it didnât.
