Asiana Kitchen Tofu & Grill — Restaurant in Mesa

Really disappointing experience. The cashier was rude and the food wasn't good. I read the menu items that's posted on the wall to the right of the cashier's station and decided on some chicken wings. I asked for wings and the cashier pointed to an undefined area over my shoulder. She pointed 2 or 3 times till I asked, "I'm sorry. What are you pointing to?" She responded by sounding annoyed and said the name of another restaurant in the food court. Apparently, chicken wings are on Asiana Kitchen's menu but have to be ordered at another restaurant. I didn't appreciate her annoyance with me, especially because this is an unusual setup and something you can't expect customers to automatically know. The food we did end up ordering from Asian Kitchen just wasn't good. Overall, disappointing but the customer service was worse...

New owner and so so disappointing. The portions are not only smaller which I could maybe understand with prices constantly going up but they also decreased the quality of product. The soup served with the bibimbap which used to be a miso is now just a watery broth that tastes horrible. The sauce being used seemed watered down and had very little flavor and instead of using the traditional mushrooms it's now just baby Bella mushrooms that don't fit with the dish. This place was so delicious before. Will be out of business in no time if they don't...

Absolutely delicious Sundubu-jjigae or Soon Tofu stew. I have been getting it here since they opened and I will never order it from anywhere else. Not to mention you also get a large amount of side garnishes and staff is always polite, helpful and quick. I've never had a problem and I will always order from them. I hope someday they get doordash so that I may order it more often for weekday lunches. Still well worth getting out of the car and running in...
