I am writing a review a month after I got a digital perm, and first I need to say I am so in love with my hair. I booked an appointment through their website (super easy) and once I got there, I showed a picture to Jina. Before proceeding with anything, Jina gave me details of the price, she explained me how the procedure was going to be, and very kindly asked me if I was okay with all of what she explained. I LOVED that she had fixed prices for every procedure (not like other places that don't give you any details and then charge you $500 at the end). All prices were very reasonable! I got the exact same style I showed her on the picture and she did an amazing job protecting my hair from the heat. Horrible stylist who only seems to know basic cutting and uneven cutting. I came in for a cute trendy spiky pixie with pictures and was very clear to leave my bangs a bit longer and more fringe on the back. She cut my bangs 2 inches, and the back she cut above my hairline with the clippers. She literally did a bad boys haircut. I came here because of good reviews. She can't do percision cuts obviously.
