Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Mesa

Last night I went through drive thru and before I could hit my brakes, on the mic I heard,"what you ordering". It was a woman's voice. I said give me a bit please im viewing the menu. So I asked about the $7.99 5piece chicken only banner plastered on the front of the store. I repeated my self with the question twice and she answered with a grunt,sigh. I immediately knew something was off with the person taking my order. So I said I would like 10piece spicy meal for 4 four and was immediately cut off with,"is that chicken only". I repeated,10 piece spicy meal for 4, upgrade sides Mac and cheese, mash potatoes. So she explained I can choose 2 sides or 1 side and 4 biscuits. Don't know why she said that the order should already be clear to her. So we pull around and the chicken was boxed and I ask to the guy at the window, is this spicy and the lady with the mic said, if she asked for spicy it's spicy. So I said she wouldn't listen to me and she stuck her head out the drive thru window and yelled I can refuse your service and went Awauul. Her name is ROSA. I mentioned to her that's she's no leader and she shouldn't be working anywhere with that irate attitude. Also it's dangerous because she could really get hurt out here. She went even crazier and embarrassed herself. It's so sad that she behaves in that manner. Also the other employees where looking so timid, sad and ashamed. I mentioned I would report her and she said,SO! NOTHING IS GONNA HAPPENED TO ME. Also she took the regular chicken out the box and then made it spicy. So she wasn't listening at all and is not a pro like she thinks, she's a WACKJOB! FYI, call the number on the bottom of the receipt to report her. She continues to behave this way as they claim this location is not a corporate location. Also she posted a review below ,ROSA DIAZ and stated that Church's chicken is measley shoe money. This is a location is in the slums to begin with so that should tell you enough about the kind of people working and coming into this place it's nothing but junkies, homeless begging for money enough said about atmosphere now as for my service I pulled into a completely dead church's no one in waiting room as I drive by the windows working is sitting on counter so I pull around to also dead drive thru I place an order for 2 chicken sandwhich meals with mac n cheese and the sides they tell me to pull around to pay so I do I pull around and pay and I'm sitting there waiting for my food and waiting and waiting 35 min goes by and finally a worker comes back to the window by the way I'm on my lunch break it took me 5 min to drive there and place order and 35 min so far waiting on food and the worker says to me I'm sorry mam what are you waiting on I turn my head very annoyed and show him my receipt and he hands it back amd closes the window amd proceeds to dissappear for 10 min comes back and finally had me my food doesn't say anything to me and shuts the window are you kidding me I have been waiting 45 min for these you didn't offer to comp my next meal or anything for the next time unreal I then pull around and look again thru windows there's not a soul so I have been you only customer in the last hour and you forgot to make my food and forgot me altogether I will never waste my time or money again and sis I mention this was my first time ever eating at a church's so what a good impression they made back to raising canes and...

I should have listened to my gut feeling and not have gone to Church's, It's Saturday night and I didn't want to cook dinner. I arrived there at 7:30 began placing my order at the drive - thru, the big family meal + four corn on the cob, four apple pies. He then tells me they only have one corn, and two pies. Okay I'll take them, when I get to the window paid for my order a few minutes later a young girl comes and says they have No corn at all. She says I can substitute for something else so I chose the Mac and Chesse, I then ask for some bags of honey, she said they don't have any honey. I Said What Do You Have?? It's 7:30 in the evening Dinner Time, and you guys are out of alot of popular dishes. What have you guys been doing all day, they have six or seven people working in that little 2×2 space, and Nobody is doing anything but getting in each other's way. And to Top everything off one of the workers took off his cap and started running his hands through his hair, standing right by the food. Oh Hell No!! Thank goodness they had already packed up my food. So when some other guy can to the window with my order, I told him what I had witnessed the guy doing and that NOT good It's definitely a violation.
