Very very bad experience, we were so excited to go to their first day of opening and hope can get the taro and black rice (which is the most basic flavor besides the original one) flavored coconut jelly, but they sold out all the popular and basic flavors. We arrived one hour after the opening time, not the end of the day, it’s not makes any sense that they sold out more than half of their products. If you didn’t fully prepared, then don’t tell your customers you have blah blah, and even not make any notice in the front of the door, but told you they are out when you order something. We spent time to wait in the line and get the notice when we order it and with two sentences “it’s out” and “the products in list are out”. And the cashier’s attitude is so bad as well, she just said “it’s out” when we wanted to order taro flavored coconut jelly with her poker face and not even one more word, ridiculous customer service and attitude. Also, they don’t wear gloves when they grab spoons and put it in the bag, they use hands to touch the screen, grab receipts and do anything else and touch the spoon without gloves. Very disappointed. Oh their coconut jelly is watery texture, not jelly texture, much watery than all other store with more expensive price...
Read moreI'd say overall most of their coconut jellies are good (never had their drinks, bubble waffles, or any other items, only their coconut jellies) and interior inside is very fancy, bright, and clean. but what bothers me the most is why they don't accept washed jars to reuse or offer some kind of discount for returning their jars? wouldn't we literally be saving them money by returning their jars, instead of them having to buy more glass jars? the price point is already kind of a little expensive paying for the jars as well, but what if you don't have a use for the glass jar after eating the jelly, just throw it away? it seems so wasteful, especially in today's earth. even if they cannot accept it because of health policy concerns I feel like there's still a way to disinfect returned jars to make them useable? coming back here all the time to be a regular just cannot be justified unless you are that rich. if you throw the jars away maybe you feel a little guilty but if you just collect the empty jars with no use for them, what's the point in that either? I hope they will consider an option like this for their customers or have a notice as to why they do not accept...
Read moreIIIIIII LOVEEEEEE ITTTTTTTT. Passed by this store by accident. As a food lover, I had to go in and taste it. I ordered red bean coconut jelly and peach gum coconut jelly. Peach Gum Coconut Jelly, the peach gum is full of toughness and has an excellent taste. The coconut milk is fragrant but not greasy. It is an intoxicating dessert. The red bean and coconut jelly stands out for its clever combination of delicate red beans and coconut milk. It has a rich, sweet, and delicious taste. The store makes it with care, making people feel full of deliciousness and sincerity when tasting it. No matter the taste or flavor, it is the ultimate enjoyment, sincerely recommended! The pricing is reasonable, and as a student, I won't worry about the price and not try it. The staff is very enthusiastic and gave me a comprehensive introduction when I went there for the first time. I strongly recommend everyone to try it. I will definitely...
