The ladies working here are extremely nice and attentive, selection is alright but the store manager/owner is the most rude person i’ve ever interacted with. We weren’t told that everything is bought from display until we asked about it, seconds before purchasing a couch. We inquired about the stains that were on it and the manager said that they were taken into consideration when it was marked down 10%. However when we first walked in, the lady that greeted us said that the whole store is 10% off. So is it the whole store or just whatever we find stains on? And if that is the reason for the mark down - why is it not disclosed to us straight up? Shady experience overall. We really wanted the couch and were willing to buy it anyway and just get it professionally cleaned but the manager’s attitude is what caused us to just walk out immediately. I would never recommend this place just because of the way they treat customers and the dishonesty in how they present the furniture as brand beware but some of it is actually staged previously or straight from the display and there’s no knowing...

I've loved my sister's couch for a few years and I asked where she got it; she sent me to Model Home Furniture Outlet. When I arrived I wasn't bothered like at a car dealership (that's happened in other furniture stores before); they told me they were available if I had any questions. I fell in love with a couple of options and their prices for good quality sofas were what I kept finding online. I went in to find an affordable couch that would get us by until I could afford something better. They had a huge selection and the clearance section was definitely clearance priced (not like the other furniture stores) the lady working gave me a $100 couch for $50!
