Hi 🌹… I’m Dawnette I just would like to say going to this pawnshop has been a blessing. I had my jewelry in there for about 2 to 4 years and had to keep going in there. Turn them over every 90 days. And I kept saying how in the world am I going to get them out but I prayed it and God help me to figure things out

The workers names are Diana, Kristi………. The other workers that’s there They are amazing Diana and Kristi…. They are the most patient Beautiful blessing of women and workers that you would ever want to meet. They help me figure things out. They put me on a payment plan most of all like a schedule and. Diana Kept me on that schedule without fail Even when I thought I could not make that payment for that week, she worked with me she talk to me and help me figure things out Christina is a wonderful person. She’s very patient too. She will talk to you and let you know what she can do to help you out but most of all if you respect them, they respect you and help you to the best of their ability.

I love those Ladys So much and their manager is amazing. I love all three of them to death from the bottom of my heart. I cried like a baby when I got my rings out, and I cried, and I cried because it’s been so many years. Since I have had my rings

But again, Kristi, the manager and my other two workers in USA pawn I love y’all thank you for being patient. Thank you for being there for me. Thank you for having faith in me and trusting me. Keep up the good work God bless

Well to start I called to confirm they accept firearms.they said they did told them my make and model and was told to come in..I get there and there's 4 staff including 1 manager and 1 customer.none of the staff could help me it was the manager job so I waited but a couple guys come in with gold and the manager goes straight to them.starts helping them at this point I'm in the store for 30 minutes.and mind you they are in possession of my firearm.well one worker tells the manager I need to be helped finally he comes grabs my fire arms checks it out.says he never heard of my brand firearm.and the system was down.so he gets on the next computer and tell me he cannot find my firearm in what ever search engine he was using and I would have to wait for the owner on monday.so about an hour's of my time was wasted and cherry on top the manager made a statement like if I had some type of good credit with them it wouldnt be an issue what ever that means.so in conclusion don't come here waste of time.no gun knowledge. horrible selection of stuff looks all stolen and beat up.plus you might feel like a criminal...

I waited behind a young lady as she pawned her Michael Kors smart watch. It was hot and she had on shorts and a braless top, which she had every right to wear. The clerks and the two male customers could not stop gawking at her breasts. After she left they made a round of comments and the the big blonde guy said "He could look at the menu he just couldn't eat." That scenario didn't surprise me. What did surprise me was how the big blonde guy allowed the male customers to physically handle her watch. How do you let customers handle someone else's valuables? Then, the blonde guy rudely interrupted our conversation because he didn't want the salesman to give me 2.00 discount. Really? He's the same guy who caused me to lose my layaway because he typed my phone number in wrong! This location is seedy, sloppy and unprofessional. If you need to pawn something drive one mile to Broadway and McClintock to the Super Pawn in that strip center behind Burger King. I've shopped there for 5 years and always treated with respect. Stay away from this location on...
