Been going to this location for sometime, with in last 6 months service has gone down so badly. My order is always wrong or under cooked, and that’s even if they answer the phone to take the order. The short manager girl who works nights is a poor excuse for a manager. She has poor customer service skills and always has an excuse for every thing. She did not answer the phone cause she’s to busy, yet I pull in Peking lot while on hold and she’s inside playing around talking to another employee, the. I go in and she’s playing on her cell phone always. But she’s busy working but on the cell phone always. Then tonight I place another order over the phone for the same thing I get every time and she instead of making me a thin crust made me a hand toss pizza. Then every time I check out pizza is $10 and some change. Today order wrong again and she try’s to tell me I’ll have to wait for her to fix. Yet I place order over the phone so I don’t have to wait inside the store for my food as I have busy life and business to run. I have contacted corporate asking for owner or main manger to contact me regarding this rude manager yet no one ever calls or address the concern. It’s very sad how the company want to charge high prices yet the service sucks then when you complain you are in the wrong. So I asked her name tonight and she told me if I don’t like it don’t come back she don’t need my business. Yet not sure how her making my order wrong is my problem she dropped the ball and made wrong order not me. I would not refer anyone I know to this location. Never seen a manager so rude and full over her self any where before. Also you should not tell your customer you have and employee who does not want to work and one who is not all there in the head was her exact words, when I said excuse me she said he has autism. This is some thing you should not share with a customer and if your employees are not doing a job then that’s your fault you pay people to do nothing. It for sure is not the customers problem, if you can’t staff the location to run it properly then close the doors or Lear better customer service skills it’s simply.    Read moreIt was not the food or the staff that put me off it was the attention to detail that did it for me. I ordered a deep dish, a grilled sandwich, and bread twists. Then i added a large manager special after I had completed the first transaction. Maybe 2 minute difference and the staff member said for Steven right? He added it to my order. He said 10 to 15 minute wait. I sad ok, I will just wait inside on site. 10 minutes go by, then 15, 20, 26 minutes and I am like where is my food. I go up to ask where it is and they pull it out from the heat lamp. And I am like huh, I have been waiting right here for 26 minutes and how long had my food been done. How hard is it to say your order is done. Or if that is too complicated take my phone number and text it to me! Then on top of all then they totally dropped the ball on my large pizza I ordered two minutes later! And I was not about to wait another 26 minutes! I was annoyed and if I get pizza again, it will be from a different location. Oh and not to mention over half the staff making the food did not have gloves on! Yummy! On the other hand the food tasted good. And the pizza goes to the edge which is awesome! I was a lot of disappointed in their deep dish that looked like a regular pizza that I paid extra for, YEah!
