TL;DR: Eat here if you want to feel unappreciated and unpleasantly surprised with your order when you get home. Keep driving, I'll bet the next restaurant will appreciate your hard-earned money.
I'm tired, it's been a long day and I don't want to write this review, but I have to say something. Enough is enough.
I love Filibertos and eat at several of them, but unfortunately this is a bad one.
We live close to this location and have been here several times. Every time we have come here, they have gotten our order wrong. We always order to go, and it always sucks to get home and find something in the bag you wouldn't ever eat. Is it worth going back? With food prices as high as they are, maybe.
They are rarely busy here, and now I know why. The woman that works the counter and drive thru has been extremely rude every time I've been here, does not listen to what her customers are ordering (I was careful to nicely repeat the order twice), and apparently doesn't care if the business she works for is there or not.
Maybe she's wealthy and working there because she's bored.
What a bummer, especially since I was very polite, just hoping she would get it right this time. BUT SHE DIDN'T!!!
The real bummer is I love their food (when it's what I order), but the Filibertos by my house will probably not see us or any of our friends again.
I suggest you skip this one. There are plenty of Mexican food places around here that would love to have your business.
Mr. Filiberto, you might want...
Read moreI would not bother with this location, customer service is garbage, take the extra 10 minute drive to Power and Main location. I went through the drive thru at about 10pm, I was the only customer present, no-one else in drive thru or inside. I placed my order and paid and the guy working the window disappeared. After about 15 min I was looking inside and no-one was around but I can see my food on the counter and one worker way in the back of the kitchen and I could not find the guy working in the window, a few moments later another guy came walking over to the soda machine and I knocked on the glass door and he looked at me and walked off, completely ignored. after 5 min of knocking on the glass trying to get the two guys attention I drove around to the front and went inside to find the whole crew working way in the back and my food sitting on the counter, when I asked for my food all of them looked and treated me as if I was interrupting them, I asked why my food wasn't given to me sooner and sat there for 20 min and they just ignored me and went back to work. I hope you boys are comfortable working in that place because that's the only job you'll ever have with that kind of attitude...
Read moreI just went thru the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and ordered and got to the window and asked for lemon with my tacos and the girl told me the manager no longer allows for lemon to be given and she would get in trouble and already got yelled at for it by the manager?? I just spent $30 on food for 2 people and the manager is to cheap to give out lemons with street tacos and yells at employees for it?? Are you kidding me?? I am a regular and come here at least 2-3x a week and I've never had this issue. I will never come here again...that is absurd & I will happily spend my $30 at Arizona tacos where they give me as much lemon as I need. That's part of it when you eat street tacos. I will happily drive further to another location next time. Never again will I come here. There is a location at Power & McDowell where the employees are super nice and the always ask what you need. Also Arizona Tacos has great customer...
