It felt like family at first, until today. My husband and I started coming here on the weekends and we loved our waitress! The one that trains all the girls lol We even met the owner KP. He specifically said, that if we fux w/ him that he will take care of us and I truly believed him he's a kool guy! However, today he was not there. I decided to come in for breakfast with my husband and use our chips for the first time. But it was such a horrible experience. My husband always gets the all you can eat breakfast since he devours 2 plates all the time and it always comes with a pancake! But again, today my husband did NOT get the pancake. I let it slide, cus I had to work and had to leave. My husband told me to take his 2nd plate to go, since I had to work....but the waitress refused to give me the pancake, refused to give me a to go box and was adamant that it was not allowed. I was so dissapointed! I felt embarrassed, and unmotivated to return. Sorry KP, I left your chips on the table and decided not to ever come back to your restaurant that I so loved very much. The server was not cooperative, I asked her to bring her boss and the boss just agreed with whatever the waitress said. Sadly, its my last time here. :( Marla and her sup provided us with the worst service ever.
Marla please read the menu correctly, it says AND A PANCAKE....it's not either/or ( Toast or pancakes) like you and your supervisor told me multiple times.
Sup mentioned she worked there 9 years, and said no pancake is included in the all you can eat order..lol..funny because the menu says otherwise and all my previous visits said otherwise. The sup also told me she was gonna mention this to all the waitresses smh...all because I wanted a to go plate lol wow

Read moreHonestly I hate to do this but I have raved about the all you can eat breakfast that includes 2 drinks to everyone for so long especially now that it's 7 days a week and I rounded up 8 people this sunday morning and Slaughterhouse failed me. We were there for 2+ hours on the patio which is amazing on a nice day like today but the other staff and owner left our young server drowning and we paid for it. The food was great as usual, but it came out so slow and incorrect and it seemed like she was asking for help but the other staff left way because they weren't feeling well or cleaned tables inside instead of helping this young lady that was clearly ready to have a meltdown. In the end I didn't look so great to the 8 people I dragged down for their 1st experience because no one got a second round of food on the "all you can eat". One friend went up and grabbed his own drink off the bar where it had been sitting for 15 minutes. Everyone was cranky and still hungry and couldn't wait to leave but paying tabs was a chore because 3 people were still waiting on drinks that had been ordered 30 minutes prior an 2 waiting on food. A total disaster but I am still recruiting for next weekend if anyone wants to tag along and see if the slaughterhouse can recover from this epic fail. Your food and drink is no good even if it's so good if it never makes it to the table. Thank goodness we were able to distract with a cute puppy on the dog friendly patio!! Sorry guys but you're...
Read moreLast night we visited "What the Hell" bar and grill. They were having a customer appreciation night, and the place was absolutely bonkers busy. I don't believe that management properly staffed this event there had to be at least four to five hundred people at this very small bar in East Mesa. We had almost decided to go to another establishment for the evening because we really wanted to just have fun with our friends. But our server Kelly made it worth our while to stay. at first we thought that it was going to be terrible service because she had a hard time getting over to us but she apologized for how busy the place was and really made a very strong effort to make sure that we were taken care of. It was very clear that she was working very hard, she was friendly pleasant and we did not suffer in our quality of service. Later that evening we learned that Kelly had worked 13 hours that day, she didn't complain about it at all it was somebody else that told us that she had been there so long. I think it's pretty impressive that the food was delicious and we got our drinks as fast as we did and she had been there as long as she was. Thank you for such a great...
