I’m staying at the Hyatt next door and was craving sushi so I found this place on google. The reviews were good and the menu had a great variety. This is the first sushi place that I’ve seen offer REAL crab rolls instead of imitation. We ordered 2 of those, an eel roll and spicy tuna roll. The rolls were really tasty. Two days later we decided to place another order of sushi. I placed the order online and was called by an employee after he recognized my order from two nights ago and noticed I didn’t put a special request for one of my roll. My husband doesn’t like cucumber and I forgot to remove them on my second order and the employee caught my mistake. I appreciate the extra effort to ensure my order was correct. Read moreThis has been my go-to sushi spot for over 5 years. Every visit is a mind-blowing experience. The chef is incredibly selective with his ingredients, often sourcing rare seasonal cuts that most places don’t carry like this Ora Salmon(this is the best bite of fish I ever had lol) and Blue Fin toro. The quantity and freshness of the fish is the best you can get anywhere in AZ. I highly recommend ordering nigiri and sashimi from the menu board by the sushi bar, it contains the best cuts of fish.

Stopped by for a weekday lunch, got the lunch special - SOO GLAD I DID!
Service - fantastic. My waiter made always made sure my drinks were full and that I was getting everything I needed. He did so without being intrusive, and I appreciated that :-)
Decor - decent, strip mall style.
Food - SUPER impressed! Lunch combo came with a miso soup and a salad that I usually don't eat, but this salad was pretty good. I got the lunch sushi combo 1, upgraded to the blue fin tuna, and ordered a side of ikura nigiri.
Ikura is salmon roe (eggs), they look like the little eggs from Finding Nemo :-P. The sushi was very fresh and flavorful, presentation was beautiful, portions were large and filling.
Definitely would come back...
