While it was fun and all the second day of being open everything was under repair maintenance. Though they seemed quick to solve the issue I doubt they'll be as quick when they've been there for a decade i'm sure but hopefully they don't have that many breakdowns in the future. When the machines were broke down their Lock out tag out system wasn't the greatest to prevent people from entering the under maintenance areas. Perhaps put the sign right on the door where you "push" it open at minimum ? Not entirely sure where you order food if it was at the front desk I feel like I wouldn't want to wait with people just walking in to pay and play. When we arrived we were told it was a cashless business though we think their card checking kiosk machine took cash. Though we Thought it was silly to deny cash. I think they might benefit with ordering using a QR code or kiosk to avoid waiting in line with people trying to walk in and play. I honestly wish this place was bigger and took up the rest of that building, so it has potential but didn't blow us away on the second day of opening. I'd like to add as seeing the pitcher is great and all making it look seamless I still think I'd rather see the mechanism about to push the ball out, clever but...
Read moreThe place overall looks great and happy to see a lot of the things there bas for functionality I'm not to sure. Saw the dart boards and played a few games online got tired of walking back and forth from 1 side where the tables were to where we were playing on the board. Have to leave food drinks wallet purse etc over at an unattended table?
After aying darts for a out 10 minutes was sweating profusely. Extremely hot in there, and darts is not a high activity game, and we weren't drinking alcohol just soda.
Card only was an annoying bummer big kids want to come in and play with their own money they have to have some sort debit or card to play anything big there was a cash option the gentleman at the counter sure didn't know.
Prices for the games weren't posted bon the dart machine it said prices can change so you don't tell me how much it is and how much it changes and we are supposed to just blindly out more money in thinking it's fair or a good deal?
I saw the sign that said food but didn't see how to order, compared to other places that make sure there is a menu, qr code or signs everywhere.
Place is new or at least new out here so think or hope over time a few things will change to make it more...
Read moreHad a great family night here. We haven’t really heard of this place yet but one of our friends recommended it since we’re trying to get into baseball.
Batting cages were fun even though we really weren’t able to hit the balls. It was fun just seeing a person pitching you the ball. They had a couple of lanes of pitching where you try to hit a number on the board and connect multiple in a row.
Their arcades were really clean and new. Some games we haven’t seen before like the double panel dart boards. Those were awesome!
Food was good, not really a dine in place but good enough for a batting cage/arcade experience. Will explore more of that in later visits.
Overall a good time. For 4 of us, including the hubby and 2 kids… we spent around $50-60 and still had credits left over so...
