DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Mesa

Hands down, the best customer service I've ever had at a DXL location.

I've always struggled to find a good fit being both tall and large. Jay/James assisted me and provided excellent service. Jay was extremely patient, kind, understanding, and truly there to assist me as not only a customer but as an ordinary individual looking to find confidence and style in my wardrobe.

With short notice, Jay was able to find something that worked for me where other locations have been unable to with even more time provided. You are in excellent hands with Jay and this location! The layout is also more open and vibrant than other locations I've visited around Phoenix and Tucson which is a nice welcome change, the AC is nice and cool too which really adds to the comfort of trying on clothes!

This location is not only new, but extremely unique as this location has the FitMap service which scans your body for exact measurements to find the right fit for you as well as the ability to custom create clothing tailored to you and your measurements, for you.

My husband and I went shopping here and he absolutely loved it. The store manager Jae helped my husband find pants, shirts, shorts, and undershirts. I don’t know the other staff member’s name but she was very helpful as well.He has a really hard time finding clothes that fit and look nice on him. He left the store with many new outfits feeling confident and happy with his new clothes. We will be upgrading his wardrobe and getting all of his clothes here from now on. The store was also well organized, clean, and easy to shop around in. I highly recommend anyone who is bigger and tall, and even wives of men that might be a little bigger to shop here. Heather was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! We came in for a return that my boyfriend purchased online, and we walked out of there so grateful we decided to go in instead of just sending it back. She explained the size scanner and was very knowledgeable on all the brands and fits offered in the entire store as well as worked us through each section with examples of things we might like to try on. I have never witnessed my boyfriend want to try on multiple shirts and also smiling after putting each one on that fit perfectly! He asked me to take pictures he loved them so much!!
