went at 11 pm on a friday since they closed at midnight, I am currently 5 months pregnant and i had asked the manager Carrie or however you spell it to use the bathroom since it requires a code, she rudely and blankly just said no and walked away before i could even say anything. I still stayed and shopped around with my husband and around 11:55 pm we were already in the checkout line and there was still other women shopping and she (Carrie) very rudely told them âwe close in 1 minute can you stop looking and get in lineâ and they didnât say anything. the whole time we were shopping she was very unpleasant and rude to everyone, i understand the store closes at 12am but she had told them before it was even midnight and she said it in a super rude way. once we were done paying and the other ladies were next in line Carrie waited sitting down by the main entrance until they left to close the doors even tho it was before midnight. They told me that the fitting rooms were closed, so if anything didnât fit it could be returned within 45 days with my receipt. Well, my daughterâs Halloween pajamas ended up being way too tight, so I went back today with the receipt to exchange them for a bigger size. Instead, I was told they wouldnât take them back because the price tags werenât attached.
Whatâs the point of requiring a receipt if you wonât honor it? The pajamas are in brand-new condition, but because the tag wasnât attached they refused to help me. Thatâs not customer service, thatâs just policy over people.
