I work across the street and I can see why I never hear good things about this location. Made the mistake of thinking a mobile order would be easy. Admittedly my boyfriend and I didn't realize that if he ordered from his phone while sitting at home that I would not be able to pick up his order. Now the only way we realized this was to piece it together ourselves afterwards. I drove straight over after work and promptly told them his full name and the order number in the drive thru. The kid told me to pull up to the second window. The second window told me to pull around the corner and wait after I had also informed her of his full name and the order number. A young girl finally comes around to give me the order and has only a coke and fries. That's not what he ordered. I tell her that and she says to wait right there after again getting his full name and the order number. Manager comes out and she asks for the same info, says she has no order for him. She asks to see the order on my app and I inform her that my boyfriend ordered it and I was just trying to pick it up. She tried to scroll down on a screenshot on my phone and I explained that I only have the screenshot with the restaurant address (I was at the right one) and his order number. She then bluntly states with no other solutions offered that "Well that's just not gonna work. I have to see the screen where it got paid for." This is the point where she could've explained to me that if you put a mobile order in you MUST arrive with the phone it was ordered from. But she didn't. She just stated it wasn't gonna work with no solution given. Real solid customer service. I handed back the wrong order and left. Thanks...

If you dislike assisting customers and answering questions then perhaps get a non customer facing role so you don't have to deal with the demands of the drive thru window. You won't have to deal with the customers and we won't have to deal with your snide attitude, it would be a positive thing for everyone.
I mean if I was rude to you then it would warrant some of that behavior of yours but once I pulled up to the menu there was a long wait time and I even wished you a good morning which you ignored and said thank you after our poor interaction.
I would've waited but then thought why would I want some one like this handling the transaction and my food. I drove right through and didn't order anything from this location. Happy I did that because the newly built McDonald's on Signal Butte was spectacular with their knowledge of the menu and customer service. They were more than willing to answer my two simple questions which you were too bothered to answer.
I don't expect much from McDonald's, often times you mess up the order, forget the French fries or provide a Diet Coke instead of a coke and I get that. I am more understanding then most, however the boldness of your employee is concerning and made me feel compelled to write this review as she desperately needs etiquette/ customer service training.

Read moreI stopped by this McDonald’s today on my break because I don’t have a lot of time to be away from work since I’m in the Heath care industry. I show up and there is only one car in line in front of me and zero behind me. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal with a large sweet tea. Unfortunately When I got back to work and open the bag to eat my food after a 20 hour shift all I saw in there was a double cheeseburger And a single napkin. Every time I have ever gone to this location which is the closest location to my work I have never once got my order correct. Then I called the store every single time to try to get my order correct and nobody answers me I go straight to voicemail and leave a voicemail that they don’t ever call back for. If you plan to go to this location turn around power and head to a different one it’s a waste of money and a waste of time. When I pull up I see every single worker besides one sitting by the register doing nothing but watching cars go by as the person taking orders takes the orders. So for there to be seven people in that store and for only two to be doing any work. This location either needs new management new employees or it doesn’t need to be open.
