Always have had a great experience going weekly to get a açaí bowl. Today I went in and ordered my usual. As I was waiting for my order 3 woman were sitting there one got up and was not happy after she pulled a very long piece of blonde hair out of her bowl. My name was called I got my bowl walked out and started to eat my bowl on my drive back to work. Each bitter I took I looked at the spoon making sure the same thing didn’t happen to me. After my second bite I saw blonde hair as I was getting ready to take my 3rd bite. I turned around went inside and nicely said there is a piece of hair in my food can I please just get a refund. The girl looked at me and said well I can remake it for you. I told her I’m sorry but I’m incredibly grossed out now and would just like my money back. The bowl was 9.99 and I left a $5 tip. Another girl walked out and said there was nothing they could do for me no manager was in. I’m very disappointed with the service and Cleanliness of that location. Read moreI placed my order online and again did not get the ingredients I chose. Missing ginger and lemon and I asked for extra. I came in and waited at the pickup counter. A third gal came in to work behind the counter and didn’t even greet me or help while the other 2 gals were busy. Then she touched her face and nose with bare hands and started to touch the fruit that was going in the mixer. I continue to have my orders not complete and bad service. Plus this store continues to not have ingredients but keeps them posted on the app and you don’t get notified that they are missing them but charge full price. This store closes early or doesn’t have ingredients and closes early. I know you can control the app when you don’t have ingredients. Just not kosher. Read moreThere is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS an issue at this location! They're out of bowls or lids so it goes in a cup and they give you a quarter of what you paid for. They're out of ingredients but you don't know that until you go pick up your order. The app is slow or didn't send your order but AGAIN, you find out when you get ther. Or my personal fave is, "Did you mean to order that much? We didn't start because we thought it was a joke and did you pay for this? Can you prove that?" And if you do order more than 1 or 2 things, they get very hostile. Granted, I order between 8-10 bowls at a time, once a month..but they're always given 3-5hrs notice and are ALWAYS tipped generously!
