Congrats Taco Bell, You’ve managed to shrink your bean burritos, charge more than double what they were two years ago, and still consistently employ a system that somehow gets order notes wrong literally 85% of the time (I keep track). It’s no onion, extra red sauce, but mostly ends up in no extra red sauce (I’m very in tune with the standard amount), and sometimes comes with no red sauce at all, which is odd. The other day, it was the exact opposite as what I ordered. Onions, and no red sauce when I asked for and verified on the screen in the drive through that the order was “no onion, extra red sauce.” One would think that if you went from 69 cent larger bean burrito in the 90s-2000s, to $2.50 for a smaller product would inspire you to make sure your team is sending out what the customer ordered? It already makes me cringe to spend almost six dollars on two bean burritos when I’m very aware of the cost of those ingredients being in the industry. But, to not get what I order almost every time? I just can’t do it anymore. I can’t waste my money on a value product, with a premium price, that ends up being different than what I asked for. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ordered the #3. Requested a soft taco that was put together sloppy. The burrito supreme had sauce on the outside making it difficult to eat. I get it, this is a cheap place to eat, but there is no pride in what they do. You can't pay someone more money and think that will make them care. This is likely a leadership issue, if they don't care then why would anyone else. One last thing that really bothers me, I asked for hust one sauce but I still get a handful. Such a waste. I recommend you drive to Stapley and Southern for the Taco Bell there. Good luck Additional note, The two items were to have sour cream in them. If either did it was unnoticeable.

Like they say....One bad apple can spoil the barrel. Sorry if Taco Bell is getting a bad rep, but they should at least try to satisfy the consumer. This may have cost over $2, but I felt better putting it in the trash on my way out the restaurant door.

Food, quality I don't think so , I've gone to Taco Bell when I was a kid in the 1970s all the way through to today , for one reason tacos and Burro's were economical even for the wages back then , now it is way over priced , 21.00 or two lunch boxes , and the quality is slop,(1) french fries with fake cheese (2) some kind of a burro double wrapped with fake cheese (3)gordita (4) pop, i can eat at say Chile's for 10.99 and get a higher quality meal with a pop Taco Bell don't rank up there , in the past Taco Bell had good food at a price everyone can afford and menu was simple hard tacos, Burro's maybe an enchrito Im not going to patronize the place as I did, price don't match the quality or quantity you used to get , so I hope the high price and lack of costomers equal out I will find other places to spend my money , oh by the way the atmosphere was ok , I was the only...

Literally one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. Zero consistency in quality of food. Every time I try this place I have no idea what I'm going to get. Tonight I got the crunchwrap box and the crunchwrap had a metric ton of lettuce with barely any meat or other ingredients. The tacos, literally the easiest thing to make, were soggy and smelled stale/chemically. I tried to take my second taco out of the wrapper and the entire bottom was glued to the wrapper and tore apart. I called them and of course want me to bring the food in but I see zero point in doing so, just make it right the first time. Only good experience I had here was last week I went in the middle of the day and someone actually made the best crunchwrap I've ever had; a literal night and day difference pun intended. Avoid this place altogether but if you really need a fix go...
