We ordered at 7:21pm, it is 10:17pm now and I still have yet to get ahold of anyone via chat or the restaurant or the customer service line to advise we did not receive some of our items. The driver handed the food (which btw they have subbed out to Doordash so now you have a delivery fee + a driver tip on top of order pricing) and then turned to leave and I said where is the 2 liter and dips? He didn't respond and looked confused so I repeated myself. He then grabbed his phone and fumbled to get a translation app to convert Spanish to English and just kept repeating "This is the order "they" packed for me". We went through this about 5x and I said nevermind I will call them. So a $63 order to feed 4 people PLUS a 6.20 tip to the driver that walked 15 feet to the door with part of my order and couldnt even communicate effectively. After our company left I proceeded to call the store without getting through to anyone despite the option I picked. Then tried chat but "no agents available" and then tried to just submit a service feedback form on their website and what do you know, it will not let you select todays date so I thought well maybe it is due to daylight savings today so I will pick 3/10 instead, no dice! Then i refresh page and start over, same thing as well as not letting you input zipcode to pick the location that served you. All this crap on top of mediocre COLD food, pasta that had zero taste which I let go because it is a pizza joint after all. But, I could not be more irritated at spending 70 bucks and having this experience. I want someone from Pizza Hut to contact me about this please. Read morePizza Hut on Ellsworth has the worst employee’s of any restaurant in Mesa. I ordered a large Pizza and (3) gatorades. The delivery driver only delivers my large pizza but forgot the drinks which I paid for with my debit card. I included a tip and I paid the $5.82 delivery charge. She said she would be back in 3 minutes but I waited 75 minutes and she never return with my drinks. I called the driver on her cell phone and she answered saying she tried to call me 8 times but I did not answer and now she was not working because her shift ended. I called the Pizza Hut on Ellsworth and spoke to the young man answering the phone and he indicated that they decided to give me a in store credit of $10.00 but they did not inform me. He said he would deliver the drinks, so I waited another 90 minutes and no delivery stating I would have wait until they delivered all the pizzas first. I asked to speak to the manager and she reluctantly spoke to saying she would have my drinks delivered and she did. It took over 3 hours to get (3) gatorades delivered that they originally forgot to deliver. I paid for delivery, I tipped the driver and still received terrible service that they forgot to deliver. Read moreI ordered a pizza online and went to go pick it up when it was "ready" and got home and noticed that the pizza wasn't fully cooked. The pizza dough was extremely soft AND wet and the cheese itself in the middle of the pizza was cold and wet as well. Totally disgusting. Wasted time, gas, and money on this pizza and to be honest the people at the store were extremely careless to have let this pizza slip by inspection. I immediately called to notify the manager about the pizza and she offered me a free pizza credit/refund on my next order. A couple days later my family and I wanted to try again with our free pizza but when we called we spoke to a "new" manager and he said that there was nothing on my account regarding a refund of my pizza...which was promised by a female manager when I called in and complained about the pizza days ago..
The man on the phone was EXTREMLY rude and unhelpful. He refused to look into it and told me there was nothing he could do. For a manager he did not display ANY customer service or leadership and he handled the situation horribly. The management (himself included) needs to be fired or reevaluated because they pretty much gave me the middle finger and did not show any interest to have integrity and refund a purchase (that they screwed up on) that was promised to me.
