June 19, 2025 around 130 pm Was at the store number 881 and Manager Berna is being exceptionally rude to the point two other guests commented as well and 1 walked out. She was taking her time, got mad and rude that myself and another was going to wait for the fresh foodnthat was already being cooked to come up. Then she added rhe old food and barely any fresh to my dish (obviously because she was mad-you could definitely tell) i went ahead and ignored that part although it was disappointing and frustrating and with the order I tried to explain to her the problem and she initially didn’t want to give me the meal for free and said it’s not free then finally she said I’d have to pay $5 for the extra costs but I already paid for the shrimp and steak with this meal. She was just very rude and said she would just cancel it and when they tried to use it again it said the coupon code was already used so not I can’t even get the simple mean with out steak and or shrimp because it shows used. Explained it to her it was a full replacement. The rude manager rang it but then wanted me to pay for the extras like shrimp etc I explained to her it was included she said it was a side and cost more I already paid more the first time. She wouldn’t let me have the food now it’s saying the code is invalid I don’t get to use it because she was being a control freak hostile manager. (Hinestly feel.due to her attitude she didn't take it off intentionally...which is nondifferent than her stealing my money and/or food) so now im out both food and money.    Read moreI stopped by just before they opened, just got off the overnight shift and trying to get dinner. I was the first customer to walk in. They didn't have anything ready food wise. Maybe three different dishes, chow mein, egg rolls and ragoons. None of which I wanted. The girl told me 5 minutes for the fried rice, 12 minutes for the chicken with string beans and another 10 for beef and broccoli. She told the lady making the food who told her how long which was the manager. I told the girl that was fine and I'll wait outside until it's ready. I waited outside for about 20 minutes and went back inside and still nothing was ready. The manager was now at the counter and I asked how much longer till the chicken with string beans and the beef with broccoli would be done. She said that they won't make it until someone orders it. I reminded her that I was the first one there and had been waiting outside to give them time to make it. Her response was "well you should have ordered it". I told her that I thought I did and that the girl up front at the time didn't say anything different. I told her never mind and she yelled across the dining room as I'm leaving "next time order the food and we'll make it". Of course the manager was not wearing a name tag, but she was a middle aged overweight Hispanic lady wearing glasses with a greenish blue frames. Not to mention that she was standing on the counter top at the sofa machine trying to fix the ice maker and never cleaned the counter when she finished. Needless to say, there will not be a next time. Not being prepared to open is fine, but poor customer service is unacceptable. I'll take my business elsewhere as there are many other places...
   Read moreInitially my brother picked up food from here on Thursday 1/19/2023, I ordered a big plate (orange chicken/2x black peppered chicken/chow mein). It smelled off and tasted off, all the food did but against better judgement I attempted to eat it, that was a mistake. I threw it all away and gave this location a call, Kylie picked up around 3:25pm, said they would remake the food when I came in if I had the receipt/seemed like an open-ended hey you should do that soon kind of thing. I threw up pretty violently afterwards, had a doctors appointment the next day unrelated to this incident and my doctor was pretty sure this was food poisoning.
I decided to gamble with my life again on 1/23/2023, my brother took the receipt went and got food, they only remade my food and instead I got 3x orange chicken/chow mein, they charged him for his meal even though Kylie said it would be free. The food smelled normal and tasted normal but I still threw up after eating the chow mein, I think I'm good on gambling with my life at this Panda Express location. This location gave my brother a hard time about the food even with the receipt and that they never wrote down my name even though I provided it to them with my phone number.
I will say, thanks for replacing one order, even though I still got minorly sick afterwards but definitely not as sick as 1/19/2023.
