Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mesa

Hi. I have NEVER written a review EVER, so for me to write this means I'm pretty freaking pissed. I'm pregnant, and money is really tight right now. However, my loving husband went out of his way to buy me a crunch wrap supreme since he knew I have been craving one throughout this entire pregnancy. It made my night and I was so excited to finally eat one!... I literally have no words for how horrible that crunch wrap was. I mean. It was almost funny how horrific it was. ALMOST. There was only meat in the first two bites. TWO BITES. The rest of it was just a bunch of sour cream and lettuce. It was falling apart before I could even get it in my mouth. I seriously think I will be having nightmares about it. I wanted to cry because I knew how special it was that my husband even bought me one, and all I could think of was what else we could've spent that $3.23 on because it was SUCH a huge waste to spend it on that sad, pathetic "crunch wrap." (If you could even call it that..) Anyway. I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell, but man. What a disappointment. The only positive thing that came out of this experience is that I no longer have ANY pregnancy cravings for your food. Maybe I'll start craving salads...

At 9:45 we placed an order inside. They don’t mention that we can’t eat inside until after we’ve already ordered paid and are waiting for our food. So now we have to drive home and eat cold Taco Bell or eat our cars and everybody knows how that goes.

When we pulled up, there was a young woman sitting on the counter Her boyfriend or male friend of some kind whatever showed up and they were busy chatting the entire time we were there. The girl who was running the cashier is the one who came back from working the window to tell us that her manager said we could not eat inside after 10 o’clock.

There was a young kid that was managing this place a few months ago, perhaps he wasn’t a manager, but he should’ve been because the experience was much better.

The young manager in the back was wearing a shirt unbuttoned, and wide-open. As soon as we left, they started playing the music real loud and dancing. it was clear we were getting in their way even though they were supposed to be open. I hope you find another location too if you’re reading this. There were perhaps an employee that wasn’t on shift. He was wearing red shorts and a T-shirt once we left he went...

So my experience at this particular Taco Bell wasn't too Pleasant. I was going to give a four star review at first before the situation that I had a problem with, but then the cash register guy decided to come up and put his two cents in about it, which really ticked me off! My issue was the fact that there was very little meat inside of the taco, and the presentation of my food resembled nothing compared to the picture above the register. I understand that there are these utensils that you use to give portions for the tacos ingredients, however I do not understand why the presentation of my food never looks anything like what is advertised on the pictures, which I would have explained in this review and give it a four-star.

If this problem ever should happen again maybe remind the cash register guy that it's not his problem, but the businesses. Now this is his problem, and my rating decision has changed.
