I just dealt with one of the most frustrating and idiotic experiences I've ever had with a hotel thanks to the owner of this establishment. I booked a reservation for 3 nights well in advance. I was flying in from Florida to Phoenix to visit a friend for an important event. I land late in the evening and when I take my phone off of airplane mode, I see I have 2 missed calls from the hotel. I call the hotel to ensure everything is okay with my reservation and the front desk woman informs me they have CANCELLED IT. I ask why on earth they would do that?? And she tells me that the owner tried to charge me for the full amount of my stay while I was in the air and because my card didn't go through, they canceled my entire reservation! Firstly, my card didn't go through because my bank detected it as fraud and I couldn't approve the charge because I was thousands of feet in the air! No signal! Secondly, I booked DIRECTLY through the hotel website where it says on my confirmation email that I am to pay the full amount of my stay upon arrival. I had not arrived at the hotel! I have heard of hotels taking deposits when you book the room but never charging your card for the full amount of your stay before you even step foot in the lobby unless it's immediately at booking, not whenever the owner feels like it! The front desk woman told me there was nothing she could do as it was the owner who canceled my reservation. There was no offer to rebook or have me come in and pay for my stay or anything! I highly doubt this hotel was at max capacity or anywhere near it so why they wouldn't accommodate me when I explained why I didn't answer or pre pay for my room is Insanity to me! So I was left there at 9:30PM at the Phoenix airport calling to nearby hotels trying to find new accomodations for my entire trip because this hotel and its owner 1. Lied in their confirmation email and 2. Couldn't understand that people travel via plane to get to their hotel and do not have access to their cell phones for a few hours! This was the most ridiculously stupid and infuriating situation a hotel has ever presented me. I will be calling corporate and reporting this incident. Attached is a screenshot of my confirmation email stating that I wasn't even supposed to pay for my stay until I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL. Shame on this owner and the staff for the predicament they left me in. I will be escalating this!

Nice quiet location, easy access, free parking and clean room. Located within 2 to 5 minutes of both Walmart and Costco; nice for out-of-town travellers. The Mesa Gateway airport is also relatively close [travel time will vary with time of day + traffic] - approximately +/- 15 minutes. Hotel has a small pool but that is okay unless you are having a pool party! There is also a heated jacuzzi [see pics]. Nice cozy area with tables off the main lobby-front-desk area for their free breakfasts. On-site pay-for-laundry room, vending machines and ice machine on main floor just outside pool area. Very friendly greeting upon arrival and rewarded with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies - a bonus!

They have new, fast, level 2 EV chargers that are fast, J1772 or NACS compatible, and offer a converter. The hotel lobby is clean and the staff is very friendly if you’re charging and need to use the restroom. It’s a very convenient location to visit.

Way over priced and under delivering their promise. The room was way overpriced and here's why. Before traveling, I called the morning before arrival to confirm the pool and spa was operating, and it was reported to me it was... In fact, the pool and spa were drained completely. This was an important reason for me and why I chose this location. Secondly, the dumpster behind my room, was visited by large utility trucks, followed by dumping of large items that banged like a kick drum at a Def Leppard Concert. The room above me was helping quite well, with his heavy walking, pacing back and forth, like an expecting father of a child that could be from a potential love affair. The room next to me, couldn't have been more helpful to be sure I didn't sleep in between the other incredibly helpful noises, by coughing loud enough to feel the spit from a potentially uncovered mouth. Thank goodness the cougher had his television up as loud as possible, so I could enjoy his wonderful television programming. The breakfast that would round off this fantastic unrestful event could only be the cherry of great fortunate, but it was not. A few slices of bread, watered down eggs, and a couple muffins were present, but the juice machine was flowing like the Colorado Rockies... The biggest reason I needed a hotel was for a required sleep study. I would have been better off sleeping on the side of the road in my car, over this hotel. I could have certainly slept in one of the closer hotels for nearly a hundred cheaper, had the same breakfast choices, and been happier... I informed the front desk and was told I would hear from the manager in regards to this manner... Guess what, not a word...

I will " SURELY" never recommend, or stay...

The beds were terrific, the property was clean, and the staff was outstanding. The televisions are terrible! They are some funky model I have never heard of and they are very small for the size of the room or for the calibre of accommodation that they offer. The remodel is really nice! The elevator...reminiscent of the 80's. But you would think that they would compliment thier nice beds/rooms/property with equally nice TV's! The remote only worked at about four feet away from the tv. You have to get out of bed or crawl to the end of it for it to work...at least you have to in room 329. I went and got new batteries in case that was the issue and it did not help. There is no way to change the input without having a master remote, and of course, you do not get one because.... it's a MASTER remote, lol. You can hook up your USB port between your laptop and your TV. But.. you cannot change the input, therefore you are left with absolutely no options for streaming services - their regular tv is Cox and there are no Netfix, Hulu, or movie rental/on demand options, etc, - that i could find. I would really like to stress that the staff was exceptional and the newly remodeled (older property) rooms/beds were perfect. The television is a big deal to me because I travel a lot and want to catch up on programs like the news and documentaries that I have recorded and saved through my streaming services. Therefore I personally would not go back unless I just happened to be stuck in that area... Which, I find very unfortunate for the property and the...
