I just ate here for the first time today for lunch. I had the chili relleno burrito and liked it so much that I ordered another for dinner later. I also got a large horchata which was huge and light on the ice so I felt it was worth the price. It was very frothy, thick and delicious. The employees were extremely friendly to me, and seemed to have a great dynamic with one another as well; the cashier and server were very communicative between themselves and the kitchen. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service and when we said we didn't like the mango tropical shaved ice drink the 2 other girl workers were laughing at us in the back. When I shared my concern with the cashier she told me that they do use a decent amount of sugar in all their drinks so I just got a water.
