I visit this location from time to time and have always been treated great, however; that was not the case yesterday. I pulled up and placed my order and once the order was placed, she asked if everything was correct on the screen. The angle of the sun was harsh and I couldn't see the screen well, I looked as best I could and said "yes, I think that is correct". I pulled up to the window and when she gave me my drinks, it was a Coke Zero and I ordered a Sprite Zero. When I told her that, she said " I asked you if the order was correct on the screen and you said yes, did you not?" I tried to explain that the screen was hard to see because of the sun and she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and rudely interrupted with "pull forward and wait for me." I pulled forward and parked and within 5 to 10 minutes a very polite young lady brought me my order. The order I placed was large so..... I checked the bags and half of it was missing! At this point I was getting frustrated, I got out of my car and walked in. I looked for the rude person from the window but she was no where to be seen. The ONLY person in the entire place that acknowledged me and that spoke English was the polite young lady that had brought my food to me. She apologized and corrected my order but the rest of the employees either ignored me or gave me dirty looks. I don't have to visit this location, there is another Jack on Val Vista, I will be going there from now on and to the rude person at the window, you need to take customer service classes.
Follow up: I see you give the same generic response to everyone. We write our review and then you send us to your website to fill out a form. More bad customer service?? Please take my advice and take customer service classes, you guys are horrible...
Read moreI just had the most amazing experience ever while placing an order and picking it up at the drive through window from the main st. and lindsay Jack in the Box, mesa arizona!! This specific location lucked out when hiring this one of a kind employee named Lisa D. She was more then helpful with her next level, professional approach to an entry level position as she seemingly read my mind mesmerizing me with her beautiful voice, kind words, and extremely articulate multitasking skills. Plus, she has flawless order taking skills as I am usually the, "wrench in the cog wheels" for most drive through employees because I order for my family of 10 people. Lisa didn't make not one mistake, not one flaw, no attitude problems, and low and behold, she was breathtakingly pleasant on the eyes. In fact, she was way too pretty to b working fast food but to reach their own! To top it all off, she even managed to save me $10.00 off my usual order somehow and did all this in record drive through time! God bless your soul Lisa D. .... HEY JACK!... Read moreThe manager Anna was very rude to people ordering with an EBT card. As I went through the drive thru she asked for my pin number and said I had to go inside next time to order. I said no I will not give you my pin number she got mad and said we are not going to steal your benefits. She should know never ask for someone pin. She should be investigated for theft because I'm sure she's part of the many thefts happening in the Phoenix area with EBT benefits getting stolen. Especially if she's asking people for their pin number. And no people don't have to go inside if they're ordering with an EBT card it works just like a debt card and they should not treat people any different. She should be fired plus she couldn't even speak English. How she's managing a Jack in the box is absolutely absurd. And even after I got my order which was a chicken fajita pita they didn't even have the cup of salsas.. So Anna decided to stuff all kinds of hot sauces and ranch dressings in my bag when I didn't even ask for them. I took them out put them on the counter and asked why are you giving me these.
