What a fabulous little 💎 gem.

I am stepping outside the lines here. I am not sure I've ever been here but I will be going back!

I stumbled upon the Braum's here late 😳 last night needing to grab a few things.

Upon arrival I see a line out the door. Parking lot crammed packed overflowing full.

Parked. Easily actually. Just circled around back and entered a different way.

Next entered and line out door. Moved swiftly and without any hassles. A few Littles cried because the line was slow but it didn't bother anyone.

I entered the grocery side which was EMPTY. HOWEVER, the shelves were [pleasantly] mostly fully stocked for a late Saturday night! Mind you-this place is ALWAYS PACKED.

THIS SAID. I meandered and wandered around picking up more than I came for.

Nobody was at either cash register while I shopped but the very next minute AFTER I placed my groceries on counter a sweet employee appeared to assist me. She had a sweet 🌎 spirit and was just precious 💕 ❤️ as she checked me out.

We spoke of how blessed the owner was to have a full store and lovely it was to shop small and support local opposed to the big box giant stores that can be so overwhelming.

Less than $40 later I was ready for breakfast lunch and dinner the upcoming week-it didn't cost me an arm and a leg and best part was I didn't have to walk from one end of a giant store to the other to pick up the few items I wanted.

Overall a very pleasant surprise find. I've seen it so many times before but let the crowd shoo me away.

Don't be like me. Stop! It is worth the trip. Never mind I ended up with the bedroom chocolate marshmallow ice cream ever! ❤️ ❤️

My second trip in the last month. I had to make a return stop just to see if maybe the first experience at this particular Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant wasn't a rare moment and much to my Burger & Shake happiness it was not. WOW what a great burger I ordered the #5 again with the upsized Shake and fries. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The staff were all very busy and working to process orders the drive through was full when I pulled in and after entering and stepping to the counter you could see the efficiency at which each person was performing his or her given task even a young lady obviously training another young person the position they were overseeing. the dinning room was clean and even as I pulled the last napkin from a dispenser it and other items were being restocked. I washed up in the men's room prior to eating and it was neat and tidy. I made it a point to browse the small market before leaving and was suprised at the quality and selection available at such a venue. This Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant is super I Loved It. I had never been to a Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant before this last month although now on my travels if there is a Braum's then that's where I'll be getting my Burger. The manager of this store should be given a nice Ataboy or Atagirl for job...

Overall 3 stars because the service provided here is mediocre. Crew tries their best but some can come off as not really caring about the service they are providing. My last 2 visits to this location card was not accepted only cash due to the system being down. When is management going to take action on this? Now maybe,it’s been fix but I’m not sure on that butmy 2 visits were at least a week and a half spread apart so the issue took a resounding time to get fixed. Hopefully the issue is fixed now because that shows how much management cares about the establishment because not accepting card can really turn away many customers and sales and not fixing it for a week + is really a problem. 3 stars because the service at least for me recently is usually fast since the lines are shorter due to many not coming or leaving the line due to the cash only issue. Crew is doing their job not anything outstanding. Overall it’s an okay braums and I’ll continue to support the establishment only due to it being the nearest one. Hope as I continue to visit I’m able to give them at least 1 more star! Overall 3...
