If I could give zero stars. I would. My husband and I have been to this location several different times since it opened and it always sucks. The second drive thru is never open and they don’t put a cone or sign up to let you know. I once sat there for almost 30mins because someone came to start taking my order and then told me to hang on. They then proceeded to take three other people’s order at the first line. I had to yell out to the box for someone to take my order. They had forgotten someone was even in the second line. You have to wait on your food for 30mins or more. Went on Christmas Day to grab something really quick at 8pm, the lady at the box informed us that it was an hour wait for your food. From the start, she responded to my questions with an irritated attitude, speaking in a low, dismissive tone that made it hard to hear her and came across as if I was bothering her.
When I finally received my food—after waiting on the side—the sandwich was cold and stale. I called to inform her, but instead of listening, she insisted it had “just been made,” which was clearly not the case. When I mentioned that I was surprised by the poor service and her bad mood, she became upset and hung up on me.

I’m traveling to Dallas stopped to get just a fork and the employee told me after she had the fork in her hand that”did I just give you a fork “ I’m stated no this my first time here . “why I didn’t get a fork from somewhere else “ ? If it was a fee for a fork I would have paid that but she didn’t state that to me . She just closed the window on me.
