We needed a new fridge and the Doc I work with told me to reach out to this family run business. Communication was very good online and when I got to the store I was greeted immediately by Lorenzo and then Jaime took me through the available inventory. He heard me when I told him “No Samsung fridge” and guided me away from those. He helped me pick out a GE, and they came to deliver and set up this evening. These guys were nothing short of phenomenal. The selection of gas and electric appliances that they have for sale is remarkable. Many high end appliances that you will not normally see at a retail store. I went in to purchase the last Bosch Dishwasher they had on the floor, and he made a deal with me on a Monogram washer that I was not able to turn down. He wrapped it up to protect it on the way home, and we cannot wait to install it and enjoy using it. Communication with the owners was excellent. Will definitely be back to purchase in the future. I couldn’t rate this experience any higher…6 stars! I’m purchasing a house and needed appliances, but didn’t want to buy new and also didn’t want poor quality products in my new home. I shopped on FB marketplace and Offer Up, but ended up spending a lot of time and gas to not find the quality I wanted. Lowe’s/Home Depot had a 40%/35% off Spring sale event, but even with those discounts, they couldn’t beat Polar Bear Appliances’ price!
