Called them out to make a key for my van and was told they could do it no problems for a fixed price. When they got here they made the key and left, but when we tried to use our key we noticed the car wouldn't start at all. Tried calling back but didnt get ahold of anyone til the following day. Called to get a key reprogrammed, they said they were on their way at 2:57pm. A hour later they were still not here, so I called back at 3:58pm, they said it would be another hour because they were stuck in traffic.
