McDonald's — Restaurant in Mesquite

Now normally I don't visit this McDonald's because it has major lines around the building, some days even more than Chick-fil-A but on this day I was tired from having an iron infusion so I thought what the heck. I always use the app when I order so I placed it and I was lucky because I was there with no long lines. I always order enough food for a couple of days so I got a couple of their small cheeseburgers, one order of fries, two drinks and a sharable thing of their chocolate chip cookies plus one thing of their Mambo sauce and one of their Sweet and Spicy Jam just to try them out. The cheeseburgers were great as always and yes even cold .. LoL I had to eat some of the fries before I got home (it's a have to thing) but OMG the cookies came out to me hot and it put me in a dilemma hot cookies or hot fries or both. So I chose both. Now as far as the two sauces. I tried the sweet and spicy jam first it's really good but in my opinion it would be better with any sausage breakfast items (I'm not a fan of sausage but I could be with this jam) I'm saying this because the jam reminds me of a spicy strawberry jam making it for me to tolerate the sausage. The Mambo sauce definitely has a kick but I can see it pairing well with Chicken Nuggets. To me it over powered the cheeseburgers. The drive thru staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely give this location more than 5 stars if it would allow me to. They really need to bottle the two sauces for us to buy them to have at home especially before they take it...

To the owner I've been working for McDonald's for 6 and 1/2 month haven't need got à writing up so when I return back to work on Tuesday getting ready to clock in so the GM manager say don't clock in I have to talk you so I waited in the waiting area until she came out with paper she say I need you to read these so I read what they rolled up on me Saturday after I left work. All this was a setup I never call no one out there name and I never cursed no one out all this was a bunch of lie to get me out kitchen I'm the only black girl that working the kitchen ever since I started working there they been try to run me out the kitchen anyway because I see too much goes on back there and when I tried to tell Chris the manager it seem like that they take the Mexican side no matter what I say they do not believe nothing now I see why McDonald's can't keep no one workers for them because if u not Mexican they would never keep a back person in the kitchen I advise any black person who fill out a application for McDonald's off of town east do not sign up for the kitchen it too much favoritismry...I asked the GM manager did she watch the camera she said no we can't read language she never gave me a chance she never suspend me for 3 days she just brought the paper out and went by what they said and she fired me March 6 it been a week now so I decided to let the owner know what's going on in his business you're never keep...

Do not come here, the service here is slow, like as long an hour, and so rude, the staff do NOT care if they mess up your monitor, nor do they care about the customer, cause I was ordering a hamburger by mobile and THIS LADY said "where's the receipt" idk her name but she was a mexican lady, BUT TELL ME, HOW DO YOU NEED A RECEIPT FOR DOING A MOBILE ORDER, A MOBILE ORDER. so i recommend not to eat here as they take forever and it's dirty, if you are going to eat here I would recommend looking at the 1 star ratings as they tell the truth, please eat somewhere else other than this McDonald's like why DO THEY CHARGE FOR WATER?! only McDonald's to charge for water, also THE SODA DISPENSERS, do not get me started on them... THEM SODA DISPENSERS Have trash on them, Cup lids, straws, all kinds of trash, I should've taken a picture, but I didn't, and I won't be going to there, plus after the hour of getting my food, my hamburger was terrible and had to just eat at home, waste. of. a minors. MONEY. please, whoever is the manager of this McDonald's, please, at least care for it, just try.
