Anthony's Pizza Place & Roast Beef — Restaurant in Methuen

Anthony's Roast Beef Methuen. Pepper potato and egg sub (omelette sub). They messed up our order the first time then we had to wait 50 min for the new one to come and when it did it was disgusting, barely any egg and what was there was burned, they put soggy french fries in it not potatoes and overloaded it with peppers it was inedible and i was offered a credit to my slice account only AFTER I asked them to please refund my card which they wouldn't do. They should have refunded my card. I didn't even complain about the nasty, cold, rubber clams or the 5 spicy fries that was in my small order. I order here all the time but this will be the last. I wish i complained about the raw buffalo fingers i received a month ago but i Let that slide. Rude customer service to boot with no help even for loyal customers. Horrible management do not care about the customer. They promised to help me and issue us a refund I thought they did this whole time, I am truly disgusted with this restaurant and its management. Anthonys catered a Mercy Meal for our family and I couldn't rave about it more. With about 35 people in attendance, not one person had a single negative thing to say. The Chicken Brocolli Alfredo is absolutely amazing. The chicken/ pasta/ broc ratio was perfect. The wraps were the perfect consistency, too! They gave us plenty of sauces, utensils and plates . Delivery was impeccable as well and right on time. They called to make sure the same time worked as funerals do run late, it was perfect. (Please also keep in mind this delivery was for 1230 P.M on a Friday with 24hr notice, I'm sure they were slammed as it was a Friday during lunch!) If you need a meal catered, consider going in and talking to the staff, they're all well informed and will do whatever needed to help your catering needs. I'd leave 10 stars if I could. A must stop if you’re driving north/south on 93 and looking for a quick, affordable, and filling meal. We got a junior beef 3-way, a buffalo chicken finger wrap, and two slices of pizza. Well, we ordered two slices of pizza, but they gave us four! The staff is super friendly and tossed in two extra slices just cuz - he even mentioned it to us and said he threw in some extras. All the food was fantastic. The beef was warm, tender, and loaded up with sauce and mayo, all atop a perfectly griddled bun. My fiancée claims that was the best buffalo chicken wrap she ever ordered; says a lot when that’s her go to at most roast beef shops. I think the cheese slices were the sweet pizza - definitely not my cup of tea flavor profile wise, but serviceable and cooked well. The lighting inside honestly is too bright.
