They made some good improvements here. Indoor play area and a jump pad was a great idea! My son LOVES jumping, it helps with his Autism. Its small but just right to keep an eye on your child without running all over the establishment (like a large trampoline park would be). It keeps the focus on the two small areas, adjacent to eachother. I've been on a weekday (Wednesday), and a Saturday afternoon. Saturday was busier but even when there were a few kids in the whole place vs alot, the attendants at the jump pad were mostly on their phones looking down. A small issue I find dangerous and was confirmed this past weekend was that there's a 3 horse carousel and another ride toy very close to where the narrow space to walk to games or the play area. One child running bumped into another child running and he fell and hit his head off the horse hoof and the base of the ride. He needed ice and was crying. They should remove those rides to make more walkable room for the amount of kids going back and forth and the adults watching their kids. Its too congested in that area and if people are sitting at tables eating it more chaotic. The food is not that bad. I don't think of a meal when there but we got conned into a platter of fries ($18), a large pizza and wings ($30) so a meal for 2 adults and a 4 year old who only eats a few fries, it came to like $80!!! Unless you have at least 4 or 5 people really eating fries the platter is a rip off! I must say though, the wings were actually amazing and better than alot of places I usually get wings from. Not a fan of the flat thin pizza, its dough is seasoned and I just do not like it. It took 30 minutes for this food and there were only 4 tables with people waiting or eating. On a Wednesday when I came while less than 15 people were inside, the staff was aloof. My son, was able to run around the counter and behind the prize section as 3 cashiers all looked at him not saying anything or trying to stop him, then continued their personal conversation while I went back to get him. It was fairly clean for a Saturday...
Read moreThe cashier Nohely was the only reason I didn't give all 1 star. She was great, and the only one who was doing anything. Would have thought she was there alone. When I went to pick up my food and saw that the chicken was plain instead of buffalo, i brought it back to the window and after seeing me there and walking by me 3 times the female woker finally came over and with an attitude took it back to be fixed. When I got back to the table the kids hadn't eaten any of the pizza because it was cold so we boxed it up to take home and reheat. The first time Chuck E came he out stood by the kitchen for all of 2 minutes, and was gone. The 2nd time was Nohely as Chuck E, she was great and walked around the whole place to see all the kids. After 2 hours (8pm) the (I was told manager?) Hayley came out and went over to the trampoline and finally made the kids that had been jumping without paying (on and off for the 2 hours i was there) to get off and "go find their parents to pay for them to jump." Then closed the gate and stood there on her phone. Someone went over and asked for help to redeem their tickets foe prizes and she went and got the girl up front to do it and then disappeared out back again. I could go on and on, but this review is to long already. We have been here many times, but this time made it so I will drive to a different...
Read moreI haven’t been to a Chuck E Cheese in 20 years but I wanted something to do with my 3.5 year old and this seemed nostalgic. In a weird and not so great way it’s almost exactly how I remembered it. But that means it’s kind of dirty (I had to clean the table we sat in because there was some kind of gunk on it). But the staff were nice enough to, the place was practically empty, my daughter loved all the games and little rides, and she even loved the video loop they show. I’d honestly recommend the majority of this place for kids under 7 and under. Not that a 9 year old won’t have fun, but it’s just geared toward smaller kids I think. Just wish the animatronic did something other than blink creepily. Also, please expand your menu offerings slightly. As much as I’ve tried, my daughter won’t eat pizza and I don’t care for it either (I know, I know it’s a pizza place), but even just baked nuggets. In the end, I should have just done the salad bar because she eats almost everything there. We did the “play as much as you can in this time frame” option and that worked well for us because she kept asking to play certain games over and...
