This location, is why I am done visiting Wendy’s and rather go to competitors in this area as of 2024. I tried to give it multiple chances, some decent, most visits subpar or very poor in the past few years. At night and day time. Maybe at lunch time, you might have a good meal. Dinner time the food is poorly made with no staff passion.
The staff here judges you based on your order and your name in on an app, or the dollar value of your order. As crazy as that sounds.
I have been served spicy chicken sandwiches raw, incorrectly made sandwiches missing ingredients or condiments, incorrect order taking and the staff likes to charge you inaccurately, and at times rude customer service.
In the Spring to summer time, this location is rampant with insects and fruit flies. They literally have no pest control equipment here and the location’s staff do not care about making your food well. I am surprised the department of health does not audit this location for cleanliness.
The lead restaurant general manager Jared does not care about your complaints and does not take any of them seriously. So if you get raw food, they don’t care to correct it if you leave the restaurant.
He makes up excuses to try to justify poor management to staff operations, and will just won’t reply to you at all when he feels like it. He and his team tries to justify serving raw food, based on the manager’s complaint resolution style.
This location will probably be sued in the near future, just like that other Wendy’s location in the USA, that gave a child food poisoning this month April 2024 and that family is suing Wendy’s for 20 million dollars.
Practically any other Wendy’s in New England you will be better off visiting. As they other locations actually cook your food and give you a correct order, without the customer service hassle. If you happen to be at the Loop, go to McDonald’s, Burger King, Olive Garden, or the other options. I assure you the food will better and the overall quality of restaurant cleanliness is...
Read moreAfter waiting in the drive thru for closer to 30 minutes, I received the wrong order. I go inside to have them correct their error, I'm met with angry faces and questions about how I was able to enter the establishment. They corrected their error by giving me an old burger that had to have been lying around for sometime because it was completely cold.
I reached out to corporate for a refund. This incident happened in the beginning of May, it is now June. I reach out and ask Yesenia, who I'm told is the manager, about my refund I was supposed to receive over 2 weeks ago. She responds with an email that reads as if it was written by child, informing me that her manager will put something in the mail today.
Leading me to believe that nothing was ever done or even mentioned about my awful experience and request for refund.
I filed my complaint close to a month ago, why do I need to repeatedly ask for a refund for the disgusting food I was served with atrocious service.
It is because of this unforgettable experience I will never visit another...
Read moreI came here for a job interview I had set up through the text info on the window. I got a time and a name of a manager who was to interview me.
I showed up a couple minutes early, went to the counter and asked for said manager. The gentleman in the front goes in the back, comes back and tells me the manager wasn't there.
I stated that I had an appt, when would they be in?
Back to the back he ran again. Answer this time was next day @ 10am.
I asked who he kept running to in the back? He went back again and thus time a woman came out.
She informed me that the texting system doesn't work and it makes appts w people who aren't on scheduale, sometimes even with people who don't work there any more.
I already didn't like how they were putting out sub par service with the often messed up orders taken thru drive thru.
Now I am actively boycotting the whole franchise.
My advise is if you can avoid this...
